Research On Social Service Value Of Public Space In Urban Edge Social Area Communities

With the rapid evolution of China's social spatial structure,the traditional value concept and original system of urban public space have been overturned and disintegrated.It has also changed from the community public space "human value" cognitive composition of Urban residents,and accordingly,appearing the conceptual shift of community public space value construction.The foreign study of community public space has deepened into the micro field of the justice of place value,which shows the unified category of "dualism".From the perspective of social and cultural to face the value problem of urban public space,China's urban(social)geographers also constantly intensify the research on "human relations".Undergoing a change from the traditional rural society to the modern urban in the urban edge social area,this paper bases on community public space(social)service value to probe and construct the edge community public space under the new urbanization.Firstly,this paper analyzes the related research progress of urban community public space at home and abroad,especially systematically summarizes the research of public space theory and value.By combing the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,the theory of public domain which emphasizes the existence value of urban public space and the social significance of public communication activities is found.It provides the theoretical basis for the study of the social service value of community public space in this article,and summarizes the research on the method of public space value cognition.The value cognition analysis method of community public space is combined with semantic difference method and factor analysis.At the same time,it defines the concept of marginal social area,community public space,social service value and so on,and determines the theoretical basis of this article,so as to explore the community public space social service value.Secondly,we discuss the composition of social service value theory system in community public space.Through the analysis of the "public" noumenon of community public space value,the essence and characteristics of its value are analyzed from the social,life and cultural aspects,and the concept of social service value in community public space is put forward,and the social service value of three dimensions,material function,environment culture,aesthetic spirit and so on,is read.Based on location-based theory,we deconstruct and construct the essential system and cognitive framework of community spatial service value.Then,we conduct an empirical analysis based on the typical communities in the social fringe area of Xi'an.Through the field investigation of three different types of communities,such as Zi Wei Tian Yuan Du Shi,Rong Fa Xin Yuan and Zi Jin Time,this paper analyzes the spatial perception and community needs of the residents in the community public space,and finds the value characteristics of the community public space,and compares the quantitative analysis of the sense of public space in the three different communities to get the public community public.The cognitive differences in the value of social services and the physiological and value factors that affect them.Finally,it summarizes the corresponding public space types of community public space service value,and constructs the social service value of community public space in the marginal social regional community from three aspects,such as the pluralistic material function,the sustainable environment culture,the identity of the identity and the aesthetic spirit.
