Study On The Reasons And Survival Status Of"Stay Husband"in Rural Areas

At present,China has entered a new stage of development of socialism with characteristics,and the urbanization process has been accelerating.With the development of science and technology and the demand for labor in the employing units,the proportion of women going out of the country is on the rise,and more and more rural men are stationed in the base camp of their hometown.As the pillars of their families,they take care of the elderly and children in their homes.This makes going out no longer just for men.The change of "men and women inside" is the result of the traditional gender division of labor,the result of the development of the times,the change of urban labor force structure,and the result of the adjustment of economic structure in China.The wife went to work in the city,and the husband stayed at home to assume the responsibilities that were originally shared by the husband and wife.The multiple roles and complicated and heavy labor exerted great pressure on the life and psychology of the husband who stayed behind.In this paper,L village in Jin Nan area was selected as the scope of investigation.Having obtained first-hand research on the basic situation of husbands left behind in Village L,including economic life,political participation,family marriage,spiritual and cultural life,parent-child relationship and family education,This paper analyzes the main reasons for the formation of the left husband group in L village from social,family and individual aspects: the main social reasons are the adjustment of industrial structure and the prosperity of service industry;The state promotes the transfer of land and supports the return of people to their homes and businesses.Unemployment wave hit,migrant workers unemployment is serious;The employment route is single,and the information platform for employment is not perfect.Family reasons include maximizing family benefits;The contradiction between mother-in-law and mother-in-law is not harmonious;-Gender equity in domestic affairs and gender relations;(a)The concept of the family;Tired of children.Personal reasons include low level of education and inadequate skills training;Poor health and illness;Personal ideas,etc..Through expounding the hard,lonely and helpless living situation of the husband left behind in L village and the targeted case interviews,this papersummarizes the difficulties faced by the husband left behind in L village in life such as poor physical quality,poor quality of marriage,lack of fun in life,and weak family education.Finally,in view of the difficulties faced by the husband left behind in L village,the author puts forward reasonable suggestions and advocacy based on the theory of social work,so as to provide reference for further social work services for the rural husband left behind group,and to further solve social problems and build a beautiful family.We will contribute to the harmonious development of society.
