The teaching quality depends on the survival status of teachers.The level of education management depends on the construction of the teachers.Under the policy of controlling the total number of teachers,some urban primary schools still need to offer the students enough courses which The Ministry of Education required,but they have to face the phenomenon that shortage of teachers.And that determines the temporarily employed teachers in urban primary schools' necessity of existence and they are playing an irreplaceable important role in the current period.Although the temporarily employed teachers in urban primary schools generally have high academic qualifications and teacher certification,due to the constraints of social and economic development and the present educational policy,they can not become a formally employed teacher.But at the same time,as the employment pressure increases year by year,even though the temporarily employed teachers are generally weak paid,their legitimate rights and interests of teacher cannot be protected enough and their job prospects are uncertain,they still choose to be a teacher if they have the chance.Due to this tangle of contradictions,the survival status of the temporarily employed teachers are still be worried.Schools are facing many problems in their management.Study with school of Z in city H northeast China,the research object is the temporarily employed teachers.First of all,define the core concept contains temporarily employed teachers in urban primary schools and Teachers' Professional Survival Status on the basis of combing through the literature review.Then,based on the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs to design questionnaire and an outline of interview and through the questionnaire and interview etc from the basic situation,work load,job status,organizational environment and the protection of the rights side of them to show temporarily employed teachers' professional survival status..These investigations show that there are some problems in temporarily employed teachers' survival status: multiple job content,lower social status,lack of sense of belonging,low wages,high pressure on short-term contracts etc in primary school Z.On the basis of an insight of the temporarily employed teachers of primary school Z professional survival status,this study combined with the social and economic development of the city where they work in the professional survival situation of temporarily employed teachers' to find causes of the problems: teachers' recruitment policies and procedures,school management and themselves.Apply a people environment theory and teacher professional development theory in management to improve their professional survival status.First of all,improving the design of the recruitment system for temporarily employed teachers,designing on the full consideration of the rights and interests of teachers as far as possible from the top of the system.Second,strengthening school management balance of school's power release freely,improving assessment and evaluation,taking into account institutional guarantees and humanistic care simultaneously etc.Finally,helping temporarily employed teachers to form a clear self-cognition and career plan and a reliable path to improve their professional quality etc.
