From the point of view of basketball teaching,regardless of the content of basketball teaching or the order of learning,according to the characteristics of comprehensive arrangement of teaching materials,students learn basketball content from the beginning of elementary school.The learning content includes basic techniques of attack and basic defensive techniques.Among them,offensive techniques are the key content in the textbooks,leading to the lack of students’ overall basketball skills.Because only the basic skills such as shooting and dribbling have been studied,the complexity of the actual situation has been overlooked,leading to a break in the significance and cultural heritage of basketball.Specifically,first of all,the evaluation methods of traditional basketball teaching in colleges and universities are single;secondly,the traditional basketball teaching methods are simple;third,the basketball teaching goal is still too focused on mastering basketball basic skills and basic skills.The effect of the use of basketball technology in practice has been split,and students’ main position has been neglected.Therefore,the focus of this study is to use the transform training method in basketball teaching to explore the effects of the transform training method on college students’ basketball skills,interest in learning,and special physical quality.This article uses the transform training method in the college basketball teaching of public physical education as the research object,taking the Shanxi Normal University public physical education basketball elective student as the experimental object.There are more boys based on elective basketball public courses.Therefore,60 university boys are selected as the experimental subjects.Students are divided into experimental group and control group.The number of students in the two groups is the same,and basic personal conditions are basically the same.The use of transformative training methods in basketball teaching in colleges and universities public sports courses was studied by means of literature materials,interviews,questionnaires,teaching experiments,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis.The results of the study show that the transform training method can improve the students’ general quality level.The test results of the experimental group in the 50-meter race,standing long jump,seat forward body flexion,pull-ups and 100-meter races are all significantly improved.Use the form of load transformation to develop the general physical quality of students;after adopting the transformation training method,the test group achieved significant improvement in the special quality test for running high and four-line folding back,and used load transformation and form transformation to improve students’ special items.Physical quality;transforming training methods can improve the students’ shooting skills,dribble and pass ball skills,while also being able to develop the overall quality of students.Formal transformation and other methods are used to improve students’ basketball skills;transforming training methods can improve students’ interest in learning and deepen their understanding of basketball programs.Students’ learning enthusiasm,skills learning,participation in extracurricular activities,and sports attention are all significantly improved,and the negativity score is significantly reduced.With transformation training,students can form interest in lessons and explore after class by using content transformation and form transformation.And consolidate their interest in sports;transform training methods can improve students’ ability to compete. |
