Research On The Application Of Imagery Training Method In Basketball Shooting Training Of Public Physical Education In Colleges

In our country,most of the colleges basically still use the traditional teaching methods and training methods in basketball teaching and training process of the public physical education.In the reform of public physical education and innovation period,there are a great deficiency in promoting personalized teaching and training.Now a lot of colleges basically have modern equipment and modern teaching conditions.However,the lack of cognition and poor use of teaching equipment can not be widely used in basketball teaching of public physical education in college,which Sustainable development has a negative impact on sustainable development of basketball teaching and training.According to the development trend of modern basketball,in the basketball shooting training,the traditional training methods have a little significant effects on basketball shooting technology action of students.In order to enhance the level of basketball shooting skills of ordinary college students and enhance students' interest and enthusiasm,imagery training method has been mentioned and widely used.The purpose of this paper is to explore imagery training method and the formation and its application theory of basketball shooting technique action in colleges.The paper also reveals the imagery training method has the influence on the formation of the student shooting technique action and application,and it put forward the effective ways to improve the shooting achievements of the students.It also provide students with the appropriate theoretical reference for students to use imagery shooting training.The object of research is the application of imagery training method in the basketball shooting training of public physical education in colleges.The paper makes a comprehensive and systematic data statistics and theoretical analysis on the experimental process of the students' training in the basketball shooting training of public physical education in the college of arts and science of Shanxi Normal University.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,expert interview,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods.It studies and analyses indetail from the indicators of the basketball shooting technology,which finds the differences between the imagery training and traditional training methods.Therefore,the paper analyses imagery training method's application effects in basketball shooting training in colleges from the aspect of the ball's rotation control ability of the basketball shooting,the ball's parabolic control ability,the ball's ability to predict the shooting point,shooting performance,shooting skills and other aspects.It provide reference basis for the development of basketball in college in the future.After the experiment,the paper makes comparison analysis about the former of experiment or latter in the students' tests of two groups,the aspects as follow:(1)Representation training method is the organic combination of psychological training and technical training,significantly improve the college students basketball shooting percentage,so that students more easily grasp the technical action.(2)Students in the experimental group,both from the shooting results,shooting technical indicators or shooting skills were significantly better than the control group of students,experimental students in the use of imaging training method after the experiment,the experimental effect has been significantly improved,so you can see The use of visual training is superior to traditional training in basketball training.(3)It is not only possible to improve the methods and methods of teaching and training of public physical education in colleges and universities,but also to promote the reform and innovation of public physical education in the practice of basketball training in public basketball.(4)Basketball plays an important role in college public physical education,not only can enhance the physical quality of students,but also improve the students' sense of competition and teamwork.
