"Improving the quality of education and training and cultivating innovative talents" is the focus of work put forward by the CPC Central Committee's "13th Five-Year" education plan.The key to improving teaching quality and cultivating innovative talents is to change traditional teaching methods and learning methods.The Outline of the Basic Education Curriculum Reform pointed out that teachers should actively interact with and develop together with students in the teaching process.They should handle well the relationship between imparting knowledge and cultivating abilities,pay attention to cultivating students' independence and autonomy,and guide students to question and investigate.,explore,learn in practice,and promote students to actively and individually learn under the guidance of a teacher.With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform,teachers' teaching methods and student learning methods are constantly changing.Since the implementation of the 2008 senior high school classroom teaching reform,it has been 10 years.In the past 10 years,the teacher's teaching methods have changed to what extent.Whether students' learning methods change or whether teachers' teaching methods influence students' learning methods are the core issues of this study.The author analyzes a large number of domestic and foreign literature,and analyzes the related projects of the teacher's teaching methods and student learning methods,and finally compiles into a "basic education classroom teaching survey student questionnaire" and "basic education classroom teaching investigation research teacher questionnaire." The survey was conducted using a random sampling method.From the 486 senior high school students in Shanxi Province,students were ranked in descending order according to the number of students in the school.A total of 48 high schools were selected as target schools in conjunction with the nature of the schools.The sophomores of the 48 schools adopted the method of equidistant sampling,taking the students whose last exam number is 0 and 5 as the subjects,a total of 5,514;and taking the language mathematics teachers of the target school as their subjects.508 people.On this basis,descriptive analysis,independent sample T-test,andone-way analysis of variance were used to examine the teacher's teaching methods,student learning methods,and the correlation between the two,in order to discover the teaching methods of ordinary high school teachers.The characteristics of students' learning styles and the relationship between the two have led to the following conclusions:(1)The teaching methods of ordinary high school teachers in our province are still based on traditional teaching methods.(2)The teacher's teaching methods are related to the teacher's academic qualifications and teachers' professional development.They are related to the teacher's gender,school nature,and teacher's professional title.However,further analysis found that the teachers with low-title and high-level titles are on the choice of new teaching methods.has a difference.(3)Students in ordinary high schools in our province have a strong utilitarianism when they choose to study.(4)There is a correlation between the students' learning methods and the city,students' gender,students' expectations for learning,and parents' pressure on children's learning.There is no correlation between the students' professional titles,teacher professional development,and teacher's academic qualifications..(5)There is a low positive correlation between traditional teaching methods and achievement-based learning methods and deep-learning methods;there is a high positive correlation between new-style teaching methods and deep-learning methods;under new-style teaching methods,students tend to use deep-learning methods to improve their performance.Under the traditional teaching method,students tend to use the surface learning method and their grades decline.In view of the above conclusions,the author puts forward the following suggestions from three aspects: promoting the transformation of teachers' teaching methods,promoting the transformation of students' learning methods,and promoting the harmonious development of teachers' teaching methods and students' learning methods: To improve the overall quality of teachers and promote the professional development of teachers;Teacher evaluation methods;develop multiple ways to improve parents' understanding of modern education and teaching concepts;strengthen home-school collaboration;guide students to establish correct learning concepts;establish deep-achievement learning methods;reduce student learning pressure;change students The assessment methods;all cities must establish the concept of helping development,and promote the steady development of ordinary high school;teachers' teaching methods serve students' learning methods.
