As the new impetus of the international education reform,core literacy has led and promoted the curriculum reform which is mainly based on the curriculum system,the professional development of teachers and the core literacy system.Core literacy,on the basis of top level design of curriculum reform,doesn't train students directly.Students mainly acquire literacy training by school education because they gain knowledge from subject curriculum education,which can effectively link the core literacy and subject curriculum together.Applying the core literacy to high school classroom teaching is an important link of the curriculum reform.From the microcosmic point of view,this paper aims to study how to promote the cultivation of historical interpretation quality in classroom teaching and thus put forward the path strategy of improving the historical interpretation quality in it.Based on the importance of historical interpretation in classroom teaching,the current situation of the cultivation of historical interpretations in classroom teaching is carried out in some high schools in Harbin.At the same time,by observing the history teaching process in senior high school,we can study the interpretation of history from students and teachers in the classroom.Through the SPSS.22.0 data statistical analysis of the questionnaire which was carried out among students,the author found out the problems of cultivating historical interpretation literacy in current history teaching: the lack of historical knowledge of high school students,the lack of inquiry desire of historical problems,the backward methods of learning history knowledge,the lack of expressive ability of historical problems and so on.Through interviewing high school history teachers,it is concluded that what affect the cultivation of historical interpretation literacy is deficient cognition and lack of cultivating contents.This is not just about backward in their teaching methods,but also many difficulties.Combined with the current existing problems,this paper puts forward the upgrading path of historical interpretation literacy from the perspective of both teachers and students.For students,they should learn from historical knowledge,answer historical questions actively,explain problems in multiple historical perspectives,andgrasp the expression ability of history.For teachers,They need to grasp the connotation of the theory and improve the cognition,to supply content for training goals,to change the traditional teaching and improve the method,to improve professional quality and solve difficulties.Through the implementation of the strategy,we can not only externalize the abstract problem,but make the historical interpretation quality to be operable,and finally through the implementation of the classroom teaching to truly improve the historical interpretation quality.
