The core literacy standards of historical disciplines formulated in China's new curriculum reform are proposed in combination with the characteristics of historical disciplines and the concept of core literacy.Historical interpretation of literacy is one of the core literacy of history subjects,especially for the cultivation and improvement of students' historical thinking ability.This article takes the core literacy of historical interpretation as the center,and transforms this historical event of Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty as the starting point for analyzing and implementing the core literacy of historical interpretation.First of all,this paper defines the core literacy of historical interpretation,clarifies the specific connotations of “understanding” and“evaluation” in the core literacy of historical interpretation,and then combines it with the specific events of the reform of Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty.Secondly,through questionnaire survey,From the perspective of cognitive structure,we further grasp the development of the historical interpretation of the "Northern Wei Xiaowen Emperor Reform" in the teaching process,and analyze the problems of its cultivation;again,through the specific history of "Northern Wei Xiaowen Emperor Reform" The event,combined with the characteristics of the human cognitive process,decomposes the interpretation of historical events into three major components: input,internalization,and output,which correspond to the process of collecting and reading historical materials,and historical logic.The process of understanding and evaluating "and constructing its own interpretation of historical events." Finally,combined with the historical interpretation of literacy,the principles of universality,diversity,credibility and accuracy should be pursued in the process of collecting historical materials.In the process of improving the evaluation of historical events,adhering to the historical materialism and the application of multidimensional perspectives;In the process of historical interpretation and construction,strengthen the historical materialism and open-ended interpretation training,so as to truly achieve the goal of cultivating historical interpretation literacy.
