| With the development of China’s economy and the deepening of education system reform,education has developed into an important type of education.In the process of the national policy to support the training of higher technical personnel,there is a common problem of high vocational students’ weariness.Weariness is the primary need for students to migrate.I am not interested in campus life,I am indifferent,I am repulsive and bored with the task activities related to learning.Its performance is learning without a goal,no interest,no passion,distraction,not listening,can not complete the study task seriously,truancy,dropping out of school,the class play mobile phone is serious,examinations and disciplinary events increase,etc.Even though the advanced education concept is difficult to implement in the group with general weariness,it is the primary task of education teaching.This article in view of the present our country learning group a series of problems of higher vocational students in detail and analysis,by using the theory of professional social work methods and skills,to help the learning disabilities students gradually correction triggered by weariness learning behavior,rebuild and application support network,thus the normal life into the study.Based on the research on xianyang A school learning situation of higher vocational students is put forward on the basis of the social work intervention,set the corresponding intervention project and activity planning,through the case work is complementary,team work is given priority to social work practice model in higher vocational students learning disabilities.First of all,the students of A school in xianyang city adopted the interview method,questionnaire survey method and participatory observation method to obtain objective data,and analyzed the situation of anorexia and the problems of high vocational students according to the survey results.Then,I will apply specific cases and group intervention work to the problems existing in the study and life of school A.Through the establishment of an educational and growth of the team,through the organization of social workers and lead,team members to share their own experience,put forward the proposal,mutual encouragement,get emotional support,between the cohesion and team through the group between power,to help team members to establish learning attitude,correct learning life in the learning behavior,due to weariness improve learning disabilities of the negative effects of higher vocational students,promote the coordinated development of the learning disabilities students learning,life,so as to achieve the aim of relieving students learning.Six group activities were conducted,including experience,discussion,sharing,watching video and games,and evaluating the team work,summarizing the conclusions and reflecting.In addition,a typical case study was conducted to set up a targeted service scheme to help the case master to alleviate the weariness of learning and to correct the anorexia behavior of the high school students. |
