Primary school stage is very important,the quality of primary school performance has a great impact on the follow-up learning stage.However,the problem of learning disabilities in primary school is widespread,plaguing many students and parents.Students with poor learning are often labeled as "inferior students",which is considered to have problems in learning ability and lack of motivation.The "inferior students" will be discriminated against by teachers,classmates and parents in their study and life.This is a social problem,and social workers should be concerned about it.There are many factors affecting students' poor grades,including personal factors and environmental factors.Usually,some poor students have learning disabilities.The main manifestations of learning disabilities are: normal intelligence level,no intelligence problems,but there are some problems in listening,speaking,reading,writing and mathematical operations.In this paper,the theory of superiority perspective is used to intervene in the learning disability of "poor students",and the theory of superiority perspective is integrated into all stages of case work intervention.The process of intervention focuses on exploring the needs and advantages of the case-holder,focusing on helping the case-holder build up the ability and confidence to solve problems,integrate relevant resources,form a treatment alliance with the case-holder's social support network,and ultimately help the case-holder use his own strength to get out of the plight of learning disabilities.The study finds that using the theory of superiority perspective to intervene in the learning disability of "inferior students" in primary schools is beneficial to the promotion and change of the sponsors.This method has strong pertinence and is an effective way to solve the problem of learning disability of poor pupils in primary schools.
