Individual consciousness is developing fast in the period of secondary stage, whichwill produce interpersonal and communication requirements. However,from the results ofvarious survey, the present situation of vocational students’ interpersonal is not ideal,which has become the important problem in vocational students’ learning life. Becauseeach student’s interpersonal skills develop in different levels, even some students has theproblem of insufficient interpersonal skills, such as lack of communication skills, whichcan not understand themselves or others correctly, lack of emotional expression, lack ofemotional control ability and so on. While some interpersonal issues which related tovocational student’s development in the study received widespread attention. In thepractical level, school education is lack of further attention and system services inpromoting the vocational student’s interpersonal skills training widely. In this case, thegroup social work can be a powerful complement for school education. Social work hasgained wide acceptance as a professional helping activity. Group work which is one of thethree work methods of social work, takes the group of joy and fun value and practicaleffect. Thus, this study is based on the service of improving their interpersonal skills.Under the guidance of group work methods improve the interpersonal situation demand.Setting up different groups can engage in meeting the demand of different interpersonalskills.Then, observe and analyze the activities of group performance and interpersonalsituation in the process of the group activities. At the end of the activity, evaluate activityeffect, attempt to discuss team work in the vocational student’s interpersonal skills trainingand the feasibility and practicability from the social work level. Meanwhile, think deeplyin limitations and disadvantages of the intervention in group work. |
