A good campus sports cultural construction can promote students to participate in physical exercise,promote physical and mental development of students,cultivate students’ sports spirit,sports ethics and sports cooperation quality.This article refers to the "College Sports Culture Index System" scale compiled by Gu Chunxian and others and selects suitable middle school students from campus sports material culture,sports institutional culture and sports spiritual culture,and compiles the impact scale of campus sports culture.Under previous research,the definition of campus sports culture at all levels is relatively clear,and the questions at each level are relatively clear.Therefore,this scale is suitable for testing by means of hierarchical factor analysis.At the same time,it draws on the advantages of the previous questionnaires and compiles questionnaires for the students of this study to provide a reliable basis for this paper.In this study,544 students and 12 physical education teachers from 2 high schools in Hongshan District of Wuhan City and 2 junior high schools in Wuhan were selected as the survey subjects.The methods of literature data,investigation methods,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis methods were used to study campus sports culture for middle school students.The effects of physical exercise behaviors include the collection of data,the preparation of questionnaires,the reliability and validity of initial questionnaires,the reliability and validity of formal questionnaires,the recovery of formal questionnaires,the input of data,and the analysis of statistical results.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The scale of the impact of campus sports culture on middle school students’ physical exercise behavior has a good reliability and validity,and the attribution of each level and each item is very clear.(2)There was a significant difference in physical exercise behavior among middle school students of different genders and different grades,supporting H1.(3)Through interviews,it is concluded that the differences in the construction of campus sports culture among different middle schools,especially the campus sports material culture,are better than those of ordinary schools.This may be due to sufficient funding and school leaders’ attention.High school is better than the junior middle school campus sports culture construction.The analysis may be due to the high level of high school school running and the high demand.(4)Correlation analysis of campus sports culture and physical exercise behavior of middle school students shows that there is a significant positive correlation between campus sports culture and middle school students’ physical exercise behavior.The regression analysis of campus sports culture and middle school students’ physical exercise behavior has not entered the regression model,which is inconsistent with the author’s predictions.The analysis may be due to the subjectivity of the students’ fill-in questionnaires and the lack of a clear understanding of the sports culture.The number of samples will also cause errors in the results.(5)Combine the dimensions of physical exercise,duration of each exercise,and intensity of physical exercise in a physical exercise activity into one variable.Analyze the total volume of campus sports culture and its variance.The result shows that campus sports culture has an effect on physical exercise.Has a significant impact and supports H2.Campus sports culture has a greater impact on middle school students’ physical exercise behaviors.Campus sports material culture has a general influence on middle school students’ physical exercise behaviors.Campus sports system culture and sports spiritual culture have a greater impact on middle school students’ physical exercise behaviors.(6)Physical material culture on middle school students The influence of physical exercise on gender differences is not significant;the influence of sports system culture on middle school students’ physical exercise behavior is not significant on the gender,and the influence of sports mental culture on middle school students’ physical exercise behavior is significant on gender..(7)The impact of all aspects of campus sports culture on the physical exercise behavior of middle school students was significant at the grade level.Finally,from the school,teachers and other aspects put forward reasonable and practical recommendations,such as school leaders should pay attention to the construction of campus sports culture,teachers should cultivate students good physical exercise habits.
