The university period is the best time to develop physical fitness, the university physicaleducation is most closely and pivotal link to connect to the social sports, the college students’sports consciousness and behavior of physical exercise will directly affect their sports idea andsports participation after they go into the society,which will have potential impact on the physicalcondition in the future decades, forming the habit of physical exercise behavior will has goodefffects on the development of college Students in the future just like the spring rain hydratesthings silently.Investigation shows, because the modern students are lack of active exercises,leading to the comprehensive quality, body functions show a downward trend, it is can be seenthat physical exercise has become a weak link of campus sports culture construction,theformation and culture of thecollege students’ physical exercise consciousness and behavior ofphysical exercise have become an important and brooking no delay to be solved problem to acountry and even an era. After entered to the university, students expose more frequently is thephysical environment of the school, the campus sports culture become the main affecting factorsto the students’ consciousness of physical exercise and physical exercise behavior, strengtheningthe construction of school sports culture has play an important role in forming lifelong physicalexercise consciousnessand cultivating the habit of physical exercise behavior of the collegestudents which is in order to further improve the physique the health level of college students,and it will lay a foundation function to the future quality development of the college students andwill have significant lifelong benefit.This study uses the theoretical background of physical exercise behavior and campus sportsculture, and makes a deep study of8colleges’ students in Fujian province through reading therelevant literature, questionnaire survey, interviews, logical analysis and other research methods.The results show that:1、In the students participating in to the physical exercises, males’ exercising frequency,exercising time and intensity of exercise are higher than females, the university students’movement methods and skills are mainly learn from the teaching of physical education.2、Students participating in sports exercises is mainly to mental physical pleasure and easethe pressure, physical exercise consciousness is mainly from the regular classroom study,andformed by interaction between peers secondly.3、The more the school hard facilities could meet the needs of physical exercise, the more the students will actively participate in the physical exercises; the higher satisfaction the studentsis to the physical education teaching mode, the more number of times the students willparticipate in the physical exercises; the more broadcast the universities will have about sportsmatch and propaganda of sports cultural knowledge, the higher level of participation the studentswill have.4、Nearly half of the students don’t give a high evaluation of the project characteristics ofsports science of the school or the traditional sports, the higher the level of the athletics and thebetter the spirit the sports teams have form,the more the infect will have on the teachers andstudents.5、College students don’t have a high recognition to the school extracurricular sportsactivities, games and community work.6、There is a higher percentage of students give a positive attitude to of evaluation of schoolsports atmosphere and spirit, reflecting that the university campus of Fujian province overallhave formed a good sports environment and sports atmosphere.
