| This study mainly discusses the influence of fuzhou sports examination policy on junior high school students’ physical exercise attitude and behavior,and analyzes the influencing factors of sports examination policy on junior high school students’ physical exercise attitude and behavior.The purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical reference for schools and social institutions through relevant research,and put forward some reasonable suggestions for the development and improvement of the policy of high school physical education examination in Fuzhou.Using literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods for in-depth investigation and analysis.First of all,the present sports examination policy of Fuzhou city is analyzed.Secondly,the analysis of junior high school students to Fuzhou sports examination policy understanding situation;The influence of current PE examination policy on junior middle school students’ physical exercise attitude,physical exercise behavior and lifelong physical education was further analyzed.Finally,problems are found from the research results and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.According to the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Junior high school students’ understanding of Fuzhou sports entrance examination policy is mainly reflected in three aspects:Understanding of sports examination items and scores: the vast majority of junior middle school students know sports examination items and scores,among which boys are more aware than girls,showing a trend of increasing with the increase of grade,but do not know the opposite;The attitude towards the theory examination in the middle school physical education examination: most junior middle school students have a positive attitude towards the theory examination,among which boys have a better attitude towards the theory examination than girls,and there is little difference in the attitude towards the theory examination in each grade;Understanding of the examination form of physical education: most junior middle school students know about the examination form,among which boys are slightly better than girls and the majority of students are junior three students.2.The policy of Fuzhou sports high school entrance examination mainly influences the cognition,emotion and behavioral tendency of physical exercise,and then influences the overall structure of physical exercise attitude.On the whole,junior middle school students’ attitude towards physical exercise is positive.There is no difference in cognition,emotion and behavioral tendency of physical exercise in different grades.In terms of gender,boys’ attitude towards physical exercise is obviously better than girls’.3.The policy of Senior high school physical education examination in Fuzhou has a great influence on the physical exercise behavior of junior high school students,which is mainly reflected in the increase of the time,frequency and intensity of students’ physical exercise,the selection of students’ participation in physical education examination and the diversification of students’ participation in physical exercise.On the whole,junior middle school students have less exercise,and the time and frequency of exercise of junior middle school students are greater than other grades.In terms of gender,boys’ time and intensity of physical exercise are obviously better than girls’.4.The influence of fuzhou sports entrance examination policy on junior high school students’ lifelong sports is mainly reflected in positive and negative aspects.On the positive side,it can improve sports awareness and prepare for lifelong sports;Learn motor skills for lifelong physical education.On the negative side,the exercise content is single,boring,lose interest in sports participation;Exercise goal is vague,dissimilation,lose sports participation motivation;Physical education teaching means,methods solidified,it is difficult to establish a long-term mechanism.5.The policy of Physical education examination in Fuzhou promotes the development of middle school students’ physical exercise attitude and behavior,but there are still some deficiencies,such as low cognition of physical education examination and difficulty in forming exercise habits;The score of sports examination increases,and the students’ utilitarianism is obvious.Sports examination project radiation is not complete,lifelong sports behavior is difficult to form.Based on this,it is suggested to correctly understand the policy of physical examination and externalize it into active exercise behavior.Form the joint force of family,school and society to avoid the dilemma of exam-oriented education;Combine student’s interest and hobby,develop physical exercise habit. |
