As an important part of higher education,vocational colleges play an important role in training talents which is needed in all walks of life in society.In addition to adapt to the local economic development,vocational colleges have its own characteristics to attract more students,and to gain the social reputation,this undoubtedly poses a challenge for the construction of teacher team in higher vocational colleges.With the in-depth development of the "Quality Project" in colleges and universities,it has become a major issue to build an elite,professional and innovative faculty team.The current situation of the construction of teacher team in higher vocational colleges is: "Lack of high-level technical professional leaders";"The team of teachers is relatively young and lack of experience";"The lack of professional and technical personnel with corporate background",these bottlenecks are all important factors restricting the further development of higher vocational colleges.Only by practically solving these existing problems and improving the team building of teachers can we set up distinctive higher vocational education.In this study,the project of "Brand Specialty Group Construction" of Shandong Business College is taken as the research object.In view of the complexity of the team of teachers in the project and the lack of professional knowledge,the project management theory and viewpoint are used to break the traditional teacher team management mode,in order to construction of a high level of professional teachers.And through the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interviews and logical analysis,a series of problems existing in the construction of the existing teachers' team in the project,such as "deviation from the teaching of higher vocational education"," Lack of ability,lack of practical experience,"and conducted an in-depth analysis and identified the specific goals of the project's teacher team building:" Adapt to the teaching of higher vocational education "," strive to enhance the level of scientific research and ability of teachers,"" strengthen their own practice Experience "and so on.The beneficial exploration and practice of teacher team building was carried out through such steps as" project team leader determination "," project team member determination "," clear division of responsibilities and responsibilities "," establishment of communication mechanism "and" team project development " Under the intervention of the theory of project management,this paper proposed the following suggestions: the motivation of teachers in the project team to pay attention to the teacher participation in the teacher team,the project team to support the growth of the project,the teacher team needs a competitive atmosphere,and the teacher team Construction to allow members to appreciate the fun of success "point of view,all of these provide valuable experience and reference for the construction of teachers' teams of the same type in the following higher vocational colleges.After years of project team building practice and exploration project,the project has basically achieved the project objectives set by the beginning to effectively promote the growth of young teachers in the teacher team,and ultimately enhance the level of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
