| Accompanied by the unhealthy use of the mobile phone,a large amount of time consumed by mobile phone,many college students formed on the phone over-reliance.At present,mobile phone dependence behavior has become one of the factors that plague college students’ normal life learning.At present,mobile phone dependence behavior has become one of the factors that plague college students’ normal life learning.This paper attempts to apply self-management(also called self-control)theory,so that students to establish a strong positive behavior cycle,to narrow,weaken the negative cycle of mobile phone dependence so as to get rid of the reality of mobile phone dilemma.This paper systematically analyzes the current situation of college students’ mobile phone dependence and self-management,and explores the ways to solve them by using literature research method,contrast method,research method,modeling method and case method.The first part of the article on the mobile phone dependence behavior and self-management of the existing research situation was generalized and summarized.While clarifying the purpose and significance of the study,we also introduce the current research situation and shortcomings of the two research objects,and put forward the methods and innovations of this research.In the second part,the research on the content of mobile phone dependence and self-management is studied at the theoretical level.At the same time,the PDCA cycle in management is studied in order to find a way to connect the mobile phone dependence and self-management to lay a theoretical foundation for the later research.The third part,based on the data of the questionnaire,the paper analyzes and summarizes the degree of the current college students’ mobile phone dependence behavior and the status quo of self-management and the existing problems,carries out the attribution analysis,and analyzes the correlation between mobile phone dependence behavior and time management,planning management,emotion management and learning management by using the structural equation model.The fourth part,the paper focuses on improving self-management ability and weaken the influence of mobile phone dependence behavior.By strengthening the positive cycle of self-management,it weakens the negative cycle effect of College Students’ mobile phone dependence behavior,and realizes the self control of College Students’ mobile phone dependence behavior. |
