At the beginning of the 21st century,the mobile Internet wave has made mobile phones a necessity for people's production and life.With the popularity of smart phones,the problem of mobile phone dependence has become increasingly prominent.Mobile phone dependence is very prominent among college students,and has brought a series of negative effects on their physical and mental health.In order to guide college students to use mobile phones correctly and improve the scientific and refined level of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,this study uses literature research,questionnaires,interdisciplinary research and other methods to explore the intrinsic relationship between college students' self-management and mobile phone dependence,and to study the prevention and correction countermeasures of college students' mobile phone dependence from the perspective of self-management.This study explores the intrinsic relationship between mobile phone dependence and self-management from the perspectives of subjective attributes,rational cognition,values and behavioral causality,and combs the relationship between them theoretically.At the same time,this study investigates the reality of college students' mobile phone dependence and self-management through questionnaires,analyses the correlation between them,and finds out the existing problems.The survey results show that the proportion of mobile phone dependence in college students is relatively large,and the self-management of college students is generally at a medium level,and there is a significant correlation between them.College students have a strong willingness to reduce mobile phone dependence and achieve self-management,but the practice is not ideal.Therefore,this study puts forward effective countermeasures for college students' mobile phone dependence from four aspects:cultivating self-management consciousness,improving their ability,building platforms and strengthening their practice.The countermeasures include not only the requirements for students themselves,but also the guidance and suggestions for colleges.This study consists of five parts:the introduction discusses the research background,research status and research significance;the second part defines the concepts of mobile phone dependence and self-management scientifically,elaborates their theoretical connotation and theoretical basis of this study;the third part explores the intrinsic relationship between mobile phone dependence and self-management,and analyses the relationship between mobile phone dependence and self-management from the aspects of subjective attributes,rational cognition,values and behavioral causality,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up study;the fourth part explores the current situation,characteristics,relationship and existing problems of college students' mobile phone dependence and self-management through questionnaire survey and data analysis;the fifth part analyses the results of the analysis,and puts forward the feasibility suggestion from the perspective of self-management in view of the current phenomenon of college students'mobile phone dependence. |
