Along with the continuous progress of new curriculum reform,new educational concepts and ideas have been proposed in succession.It should be in each section of the classroom teaching to make the key competences as the important goal of education.As the start of a lesson,the lead-in's quality will directly influence the teaching effect of the while lesson.while through surveys,we can know that some Biology teachers only focus on the teaching of knowledge but ignore the lesson lead-in in their teaching.However,good lesson lead-in can not only bring the students into mode of learning but also can make the lesson go more smooth and efficient.In order to design a wonderful lesson lead-in with rich connotation,the banner of new curriculum reform should be held close.So this thesis will permeates key biology competences during the process of senior high school biology lead-in.Through the interviews and questionnaires to the biology teachers in three senior high schools of Baota District,it is known that biology teachers commonly agree to permeate key biology competences during lesson lead-in,however,their knowledge learning lack of key biology competences causes problems such as their being short of exact lesson lead-in methods and processes,so the permeations can not be applied in the classroom teaching quickly.According to he present teaching status,the study of this paper involves in the follow aspects:(1)Four principles of lesson lead-in are concluded according to the related educational theories of this subject and the present surveyed status.And key biology competences are permeated from four aspects including knowledge of life outlook,cultivation of rational thinking,practice of scientific study and undertaking of social responsibilities.(2)With the background of the key competences,all the lessons that can be permeated with lead-in methods and process of key competences in compulsory Volume 1 Molecules and Cells of PEP are sorted out in this paper.Compulsory Volume 1 is the knowledge study based on related knowledge of live cell inside.There are total 6 methods to permeate life outlook including methods of TV video lead-in,picture display lead-in,scenario lead-in,practical cases of life lead-in,current affairs lead-in,games lead-in,and there are 2 methods to permeate rational thinking which are methods of diagram lead-in and intuitional teaching tools.There are also 2 methods to undertake social responsibilities which are practical activity lead-in and current affairs lead-in.There is only one method to permeate scientific study,experiment lead-in.All are presented in terms of cases by the author.(3)Teaching results are analyzed through comparison of exams performance,study interest,transfer of learning of specified class and test class before and after the teaching practice.Key biology competences permeation method is applied in lesson lead-in for tested class,while regular lesson lead-in method is used in contrast class.Tests are carried on in Rocket Class,Curriculum Reform Class and Parallel Class.After the teaching experiment,while no special difference in comparison between test group and contrast group in Rocket Class,Curriculum Reform Class and Parallel Class happens.Through analysis after questionnaires and survey,in aspects of inspiring rational thinking,enhancing sense of social responsibility,increase ability of study,activating classroom atmosphere and stimulating study interests and motivation,there is no outstanding difference in both test classes and contract classes.In conclusion,with permeation cultivation of key biology competences in lesson lead-in,key and difficult points in teaching can be solved efficiently,mental and intelligence development of students can be promoted,study interests will be stimulated and teaching efficiency can be increased.To some degree,it has positive functions in improvements of the student's key biology competences.
