| Gradually with the development of society,science and technology have become one of the important aspects of the competition of Comprehensive National Strength of all countries,so that most countries pay much attention to science education in primary and secondary schools.How to improve science education curriculum,stimulate interest of students to study science,enrich students’ scientific knowledge,improve scientific ability and scientific literacy and etc.,are becoming an important theoretical and practical subject of science education in primary and secondary schools.As an important form of Informal Learning,Museum Learning,especially Science Museum Learning,has important value in science education of primary and secondary schools because of its unique form and function.Through literature research,questionnaire,interview method and etc.,taking 8 primary schools in the urban area of Chongqing as an example,the paper does a research about the present situation investigation of Science Museum Learning in Primary school science education from two aspects: schools and science museum.The survey consist of the current situation of Science Museum Learning in Primary school,the content,methods,effects of Science Museum Learning,the main problems and influencing factors of Science Museum Learning and etc.,The aim of this paper is to finger out the present situation of Science Museum Learning,find out its problems,and analyze the reasons,so that to put forward some solutions.The main contents of this study include four parts: the connotation and the theoretical basis of Science Museum Learning,the investigation of the present situation of Science Museum Learning in primary school science education,the analysis of the existing problems and causes of Science Museum Learning,and the countermeasures to strengthen Science Museum Learning and improve the quality of science education in primary school.Based on the questionnaire analysis of teachers from 8 schools and the results of interviews with the staff of the Science Museum,it is revealed that there are some major problems in Science Museum Learning,and the main problems are as follows: Science Museum Learning are not fully developed,low utilization of science museum,a slight singularity of learning methods,and shortage of professional science education talents.Based on above problems,this research puts forward the specific countermeasure from four aspects: government departments,cooperation between schools and Science Museums,course construction and talent cultivation.First,government and education department need to enhance the guidance,guarantee the development of Science Museum Learning;Second,both science museums and schools need to strengthen the communication,and make full use of the resource to innovate cooperation;Third,rationally allocate students’ learning time,design more inquiry courses for student group;Fourth,make full use of all social resources,and speed up the training of professional talents. |
