The foreign researches on Knowledge Visualization refer to multi?disciplinary theories and methods.In China researches on Knowledge Visualization started later than abroad.In the early stage,Chinese experts tended to attach importance to theoretical research.Then,the application research has sprung up and concerns the fields wide.Knowledge Visualization is frequently applied in education.But there are obvious defects in the research of Knowledge Visualization.Especially,Research on the application of teaching effect.For example,most research and practice only focus on learning outcomes as dependent variables.But there are few people involved in this research.The purpose of this paper is to think about how to combine the teaching of curriculum with the intelligent characteristics of Secondary Vocational Students,to explore the effective teaching method of Knowledge Visualization to improve the students' learning achievement and interest,and to enhance the teaching effect,and to promote the improvement of the teaching quality of Secondary Vocational Schools.The feasibility and effectiveness of Knowledge Visualization to improve secondary vocational students' academic performance and enhance secondary vocational students' learning interest are examined through a semester's Knowledge Visualization teaching practice,taking the teaching of Single?chip Technology course as an example.The research is divided into five parts,with the details as follows:Part one,based on the characteristics and the present situation of teaching about the Secondary Vocational School.The author analyze the necessity,feasibility and importance of research on Knowledge Visualization teaching application and survey the research situation at home and abroad and make a statistical analysis of the domestic Knowledge Visualization literature to find out the inadequacies and clear purposes and meaning and method and contents of the research.Part two includes core concepts and theoretical bases.The core concept and relevant theoretical basis(multiple intelligence theory,double coding theory,the tower of experience of DELL and constructivist learning theory)are simply understood and used to guide this research.Part three,the preparation of the research.The overall teaching design is conducted for the course of single?chip microcomputer technology.Teaching plan of curriculum integrated into Knowledge Visualization is formulated(2 cases about Knowledge Visualization teaching design).Based on the existing Knowledge Visualization models and frameworks abroad,the author analyzes and summarizes the teaching elements of Knowledge Visualization and jumps out the pattern based on visual tools.Dell's cone of experience theory is fused into the task assignment report.The author has deeply thought about how to combine the Knowledge Visualization with the course teaching on design of course teaching process integrated into Knowledge Visualization,Visual representation design of subtask Knowledge Visualization and Visual representation design of programming Knowledge.The author analyses the problems to be solved according to the purpose of the experiment and put forward the hypothesis of the experiment,choose the experiment object,design variables in order to control the independent variables to ensure the validity and reliability of the experiment effectively.Two groups of pre and back test design are adopted.Part four,the process of research.In order to prepare for the group experiment the present Cognitive Status of Knowledge Visualization is investigated.The students in the research class learn the first five tasks in the Traditional Teaching Method.their academic performance is recorded.Then they take the pre?experimental test to calculate a pre?test evaluation result together with their academic performance in the first five tasks.And investigate the status of interest in the course of learning.The students in the research class are divided into groups according to the sex of the student and the similarity of the present learning interest and Pre?test evaluation result.Then the existing learning interest of the two groups in A and B is compared and analyzed and the homogeneity of the contrast groups is tested to ensure the reliability and validity of the experiment.Due to the greater span of the girls' pre?test evaluation,according to the level of learning,two groups of students are not equal in gender.The students of the contrast groups are isolated in different field in teaching to avoid Hawthorne effects in the last nine learning tasks,their usual academic performance is recorded,they take tests after the experiment,and their test performance after test is recorded.The effects of Traditional Teaching Method and Knowledge Visualization Teaching Method were compared before and after collecting data,and the experimental results are analyzed to verify the Experimental Hypothesis.The feasibility and effectiveness of Knowledge Visualization Teaching applied in Single?chip Technology Course to improve Secondary Vocational School students' academic performance and enhance secondary vocational school students' interest in learning is examined.The experimental group's Knowledge Visualization learning habits are investigated at last.Part five,conclusions of the research.The research results are combed,demonstrated and evaluated to draw the conclusions.Knowledge Visualization applied to teaching can improve Secondary Vocational students' academic performance,and the influence degree is related to learning difficulty and competence.Knowledge Visualization teaching can help secondary vocational students understanding knowledge and reducing the difficulty of learning and increasing interest in learning.Academic performance and learning interest influence each other and help each other forward.In addition,It also points out the shortcomings of the research,puts forward the research proposals,and promotes the promotion of the research results in order to further confirm the research.
