Professional competence of teachers is an urgent issue to study and explore,the study and exploration of the professional competence of private preschool teachers has special significance for the healthy development of our country’s preschool education.Reviewing the existing literature on the preschool teachers’ professional competence and "Professional standards for preschool teachers(Trial)",The study defines the private preschool teachers’ professional competence as : teaching ability,environment creation and utilization ability,the ability to support and guide games,the ability of daily organization and child care,the ability of communication and cooperation,the ability of self-development.The study adopts questionnaire survey.By revising " the questionnaire of preschool teachers’ professional ability",which was compiled by Southwest university graduate student Ye Li,With good reliability and validity,the author compiles the " the questionnaire of private preschool teachers’ professional ability " to do the study.The questionnaire includes 42 questions covering six dimensions of private preschool teachers’ professional competence.By using stratified sampling,the study does questionnaire survey on 210 in-service private preschool teachers who separately come from 6 different types of private preschool in Yufeng District,Liuzhou,the data obtained will do statistical analysis.The survey finds that private preschool teachers generally establish the a scientific view of children,but they lack the ability to practice.The lack of professional knowledge of preschool teachers leads to weak professional ability.Their awareness of self-development in their career and majors is weak.on the basis of investigation and analysis,the thesis,from three aspects,on-the-job training,social security and preschool teachers themselves,explores the influencing factors of private preschool teachers’ professional competence in Yufeng district in Liuzhou,and finally put forward the corresponding strategies.The government and the kindergarten managers should strengthen the in-service training of the private kindergarten teachers.The government departments should improve the guarantee system to guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of kindergarten teachers.The private kindergarten teachers should develop autonomously.
