| Preschool teachers’ professional competence in practice is that preschool teachers in theirpractice, by using the theory of learned knowledge and skills, comprehensive ability to solve theproblem of specific education teaching.Structure and characteristics study on preschool teachers’professional competence in practice has important practical significance and theoreticalsignificance to preschool teacher professional development.On the basis of analyzing the previous research, this study through open questionnaire andinterview method compiled the "questionnaire of preschool teachers’ professional competence inpractice" of the initial questionnaire, then compiled using the questionnaire to carry on thepreliminary survey, preliminary exploratory factor analysis are used to determine the structure ofpreschool teachers’ professional practice ability, and form the formal questionnaire. To issue aformal questionnaire, to collect data using independent sample T test and variance analysismethods to study the characteristics of preschool teachers’ professional competence in practice.The results show that:1. Preschool teachers’ competence in practice by the education teaching plan and implementevaluation and learning communication ability, observation ability, professional knowledge andskills as well as the daily activities of the organization and conservation capacity of four aspects.2. Institute of the preschool teachers’ competence in practice questionnaire has goodreliability and validity.3. Preschool teachers’ competence in practice in the upper level, but the dimensions aredifferent, the strongest is education teaching plan and implementation capacity, professionalknowledge and ability the most weak, from low to high followed by: professional knowledgeevaluation and learning communication ability, observation ability, activities of the organizationand the ability of conservation, education, teaching plan and implementation.4. Preschool teachers team is composed of preschool teachers with different levels ofeducation, including preschool teachers undergraduate level most sustainable development.5. Preschool teachers of different academic background, including formal preschoolteachers’ professional training of preschool teachers’ competence in practice the strongest onpreschool teachers certificate of preschool teachers’ professional practice ability to the bestperformance.6. Preschool teachers’ competence in practice of development stages, five to six years’experience of preschool teachers’ competence in practice rapid rise, this is the rapid rise ofpreschool teachers’ competence in practice development;15-16years is the preschool teachers’ competence in practice development "plateau", the stage of preschool teachers’ competence inpractice to slow down, in20years or so and slowly ascend.7. In after the training of preschool teachers’ competence in practice is stronger. |
