The most important thing is to change the way of teaching and learning in Information technology applied in the field of education.Teaching and learning under the environment of technical support and the change of learning style will have a certain impact on learner's digital learning ability.The new technological environment and its changes,as well as how learners adapt to these changes,have put forward new requirements for learners.The study,taking the interactive learning platform of "UMU" as the scene and based on course features of secondary vocational students and Computer Application,uses the "UMU" interactive learning platform to design the interactive teaching model,tests its teaching effectiveness(with the digital learning ability as the quantification carrier)and then explores the effective strategy of implementing interactive teaching in the secondary vocational school classroom teaching.In view of the research theme,the thesis mainly follows the idea of "why-whathow-validity",uses the methods of theoretical research,quasi-experimental research and investigation and research,and focuses on digital learning ability.This paper analyzes the interactive teaching environment of "UMU",focuses on the interactive teaching under the integration of technology,and puts forward the digital learning ability for the lifelong development of individuals in the future information age.According to the analysis of basic factor,generative factor and maintainability factor,the component elements of digital learning ability are mapped to technological application power,digital learning attitude,information processing power,learning decision-making ability,self-learning ability and learning innovation.Under the environment of "UMU",the interactive teaching model is designed to carry out the interactive teaching practice with the students of two secondary vocational classes as the teaching objects.The results of digital learning ability and learning achievement are used as the quantification carrier to verify the effect of digital learning ability and learning achievement.The research data shows that interactive teaching can promote the improvement of students' digital learning ability,which can be manifested in three dimensions: technology application power,digital learning attitude and information processing power.But there is no significant difference in the other factors.From the statistical analysis of academic performance,the average score of the experimental class was slightly higher than that of the control class,but there was no significant difference in the statistical data.According to the statistical analysis of the learning experience questionnaire,most of the students can recognize the interactive teaching method under the environment of "UMU".What's more,the students' willingness to learn in the interactive teaching mode has been improved.
