As training high quality talents in colleges and universities, the combination ofeducation means and network technology, combining scientific management anddigital resources, teaching content and the network popularization for thecombination of the teaching reform and put forward the corresponding requirements,also is the focus of the reform of colleges and universities, have to cause theattention of educators. Digital resources is on the existing teaching means andteaching method reform changed the key, is also the foundation of college educationinformatization implementation. With the trend of global informatization, networkremote education increasingly mature, not only brought new ways for the teachingreform of colleges and universities, and pointed out the direction for the reform ofeducation.Exercise physiology is an important for students majoring in sports sciencecourses, where both a learning phase (undergraduate and graduate level), the courseis one of the professional required course of sports college students. As the namesuggests, this course mainly studies the human body in the process of sport or is inthe system of physical exercise for a long time under the influence of the two factors,the human body physiological activities change rule of science. Exercise physiologyas an important foundation course, it is not only to lay a solid foundation for otherrelated courses, such as sports psychology, sports training, etc., can also promote thedevelopment of sports science theory, can also be for sports training and thecorresponding theoretical foundation for the national fitness, in addition, tostrengthen physique, improve sports ability has a vital role. As a theoretical course,pure textual description and abstract, difficult to understand the image chart displayand can’t achieve a good teaching effect, the corresponding these information intovideo, image lifelike images can make people more easy to accept. So sportspsychology teachers can use the computer multimedia vivid activities to break thetraditional teaching of inflexible, through the form of interactive teaching, in thisway, teachers can in limited time teach rich teaching contents, promoting digestionand absorption of the student to the knowledge, so as to improve the teaching effect. From the point of the teaching status quo of our country, most of the collegesand universities in our country there is still a heavy theory, light practice, heavybooks tend to light technology, overemphasis on the theory in the textbook contenttransmission, not to practice teaching as an equal part of theory course. Withincomplete school hardware facilities, less capital investment, low degree of concern,most colleges and universities experiment course, less students hands-on ability ispoor, so that only through a single teacher lectures forms, in limited time, studentscan’t deep understanding and effective grasp of the content and nature of the courses.Had appeared in our school campus online sports physiology teaching software,but the teaching interactive teaching courseware is not good, only one-way passivelearning process, there is no feedback and interaction, this paper proposedconstruction based on the interactive digital teaching resources platform of exercisephysiology teaching software, in order to solve the problem of lack of interactivityand function.Writer based interactive digital teaching resources teaching software platformfor the development of exercise physiology launched the full text of this thesis isdivided into five parts, the first part is an introduction, the main purpose is to studythe significance of the status quo at home and abroad as well as related research onthis topic; the second part is the study of objects and methods, the study goeswithout saying that the main research methods literature, research method, threeinterdisciplinary research methods; third part is the production and development ofsoftware, including the production of basic software and structure, designforeground content management platform design background three parts; fourth partis the software development process problems and solutions; fifth part is the part ofthe software needs to be further improved in order to provide similar information toresearchers and recommendations.
