Research On The Management Of Economic Contract In H University Based On The Theory Of Internal Control

Colleges and universities play a vital role in maintaining and developing our country's higher education division.They keep making their efforts in personnel training,scientific study,social service and cultural inheritance.The quality of the economic contract control management in Colleges and Universities directly relates to the quality of education which provides by colleges and universities.With the governmental regulations being published,as a part of government administration,the issue of internal control become more and more important to colleges and universities management.As a vital content in the concept of internal control,there're several severe problems existing in economic contract management,such as,the imperfection in centralized management mechanism,the uncertainty of main body,the weak awareness of risk control,budget control and audit supervision,the process which is designed to function in management being overlooked,the messy situation in contract filing management,et cetera.Therefore,there's a giant increase in the risk of legal disputes and the reputation of economic losses,which significantly affecting the university education health and sustainable development.This paper from the concept,nature of the economic contract,and learn the advanced experience at home and abroad,combined with the current situation of economic contract management in Colleges and universities,taking H University as an example,using the method of literature research method and case analysis method of combining,the existing economic contract management were analyzed,through the analysis of the the existing problems,based on internal control theory to improve the design of economic contract management of H University,to provide some reference and suggestions for the related research of economic contract management problems in Colleges and universities.By improving the management level of university economic contracts,carrying out the research on the management of economic contracts in universities,and regulating the management path of economic contracts in universities,it will promote the expansion of educational channels and the development of education in universities.
