Contractual spirit has a great significance on the construction of organization order,which can guide and regulate the behavior of individuals and organizations and resolve the survival problems existing in groups like disorder and conflict.Academic contract spirit was brought out on the basis of deep understanding and connotation of contract spirit.Internal governance of university should balance the relationship among multiple subjects and ensure the maximization of free academic atmosphere,protecting the nature of schooling.Since there are high correlations between academic contract spirit and college internal governance,it is extremely important to conduct researches.Previous studies found that academic contract spirit had lacked attention in the field of college internal governance,especially short of studies on their correlations and relevant guidance.Through the research of the academic contractual spirit and the university internal governance,reflecting the current situation of the university internal governance,revealing its problems and putting forward valuable university internal management strategy is an important work with theory significance and practice value.Based on the above mentioned,this paper,through the method of literature research and rational spekulation,has carried on the deep research and reflection on the academic spirit of contract and the university internal governance,which clarifies the connotation and the basic content of them,puts forward the practice of the university internal governance mode and clears the inner relations between academic contractual spirit and the university internal governance.A conclusion can be easily obtained from the study that the spirit of academic contract is the sum of the core value of freedom,rationality,cooperation,self-discipline and so on existing in contractual relationship and it is freedom spirit,common faith,rational spirit,cooperation spirit and discipline spirit.It is the standard of value that all the people who participate in the scientific research activities should comply and identify.They are unannounced covenant above the union of the whole academy and subject community.The essence of university internal governance lies in the realization of the personalized resource allocation,the harmony of multi subject relationship,the formation of the atmosphere of academic freedom,and the unlimited extension of the creation of energy.They supplement with each other.Academic contract spirit is the basis of internal college governance.In contrast,the university internal governance practices can release the academic spirit of contract.Therefor,overview of the situation of internal college governance with academic contract spirit found that the academic contract spirit hadn't been fully expressed due to deep-seated bureaucratic tradition,academic pragmatism,administrative thinking,competitive consciousness and heteronomy of external power.The effective strategy of university internal governance can be summaried as follow:to protect academic freedom with the concept of inaction,to respect for diversity and diversity with tolerance,to ensure the personalized configuration of resources with affluent,to smooth cooperation mechanism with communication and to cultivate academic self-discipline with consciousness.
