Research On The Management Of Economic Contract In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Internal Control

With the deepening of the reform process of the management system of colleges and universities,the complicated and diversified operation of the economy of colleges and universities,the management of economic contracts has become an important part of the economic activities of colleges and universities,and is an important content of standardizing management and realizing the administration of colleges and universities according to law,it is also an important link in the construction of internal control in colleges and universities.At present,there are still some universal problems in the management of economic contracts in all kinds of colleges and universities.The defects in the management of contracts are caused by some artificial or objective reasons in the signing,implementation,change and termination of contracts,there are some phenomena,such as unclear main body and division of Labor,unreasonable design of process and post,weak risk management consciousness and confusion of contract filing,which seriously lead to legal disputes in universities and greatly increase the risk of economic loss,thus affect the quality of higher education,management level and the healthy and sustainable development of education.The thesis uses the method of Literature Research and case analysis to analyze the current situation and problems of economic contract management in colleges and universities under the theory of internal control.First of all,this article from the university internal control and the university economic contract’s concept and the frame embarks,carries on the brief elaboration to the related theory foundation.Secondly,taking l university in Guangdong Province as an example,according to the current situation of the establishment of the Economic Contract Management Organization and the contract management implementation process,it is found that there are some problems in the management process,such as imperfect internal control system,inadequate supervision,unreasonable post and process design,etc.,it is expected to improve the level of economic contract management in the university.Finally,from the perspective of the five elements of internal control,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the management of economic contracts in colleges and universities,hoping to provide references for the study of related issues of economic contract management in colleges and universities,and to strengthen the management and supervision of economic contracts in colleges and universities.
