Psychological Contract is a kind of subjective and hidden psychological agreement, which reflects what should be paid and what should be given for each other between a member and an organization in their employment relations, and contains their expectation and cognition for mutual responsibility and obligation. Psychological Contract exists in all the management activities and organizations. This thesis studies teachers and personnel management of university teachers, and integrates the theories and methods of Psychological Contract with the analysis and study on the field of university management, which adopts the method of combining literature studies, interviews and comparative surveys, discusses the importance of Psychological Contract to university teachers personnel management and systematically analyses the present situation and problems in it, presents strategies and suggestions to construct good Psychological Contract in universities.
