| Post practice is an important way for secondary vocational schools to reflect their professionalism,an important step to cultivate high-quality workers and middle and primary professionals,and the core part of education and teaching in secondary vocational schools.With the economic development of high-quality workers and skilled talents put forward higher requirements,our country is paying more and more attention to secondary vocational education internship link.In reality,although post practice in secondary vocational schools has been implemented for many years,there are still many difficulties in post practice in secondary vocational schools at the present stage because the link of post practice in secondary vocational schools involves enterprises,schools,secondary vocational students and other different interest groups and many implementation steps.This study adopts the method of qualitative research,in changsha college finance and economics,I found two s with different status of in-post internship: accounting computerization major and Chinese cooking major,and represented by these two major field of interns,used the method of observation and interview,fresh and in-depth shows the internship status of secondary vocational school interns.Based on stakeholder theory,Marxist practice theory and constructivism learning view,this study further analyzed the reasons for the formation of different internship situations,which are different subject attributes,different industry attributes and students’ different learning conditions in professional courses.Put forward corresponding countermeasures on this basis: First,the school should improve the management of subject teaching effect;second,enterprises should actively participate in the management of post practice;third,the school should optimize the management of skill courses;fourth,students should reasonably choose majors and actively study. |
