Class is an important place where all kinds of abilities are trained.The success of the class management,will directly affect the function of class education and the development of our students' mentality and body.However,for a long time,in the countryside,teachers' education theory is relatively backward;the class management is fall behind.It can't satisfy the needs of the students.All of these seriously affect the efficiency of class management.Therefore,after combining the particularity of the countryside junior middle school,using the methods of questionnaire and interview,I find out the current situation and the existing problems of class management in Lianyungang.Then,I explore the specific reasons,and put forward the strategies to improve the quality of the rural class management.This paper is divided into four chapters;the first chapter is raising the questions.The second chapter points out the current situation and existing problems of class management in rural junior middle school,from four aspects: the management system of the school,the management content of the class,the management subject and the management methods.The third chapter,from four aspects of students,classes,schools and society,elaborates the causes of the problems in class management of rural junior middle school.The fourth chapter puts forward some measures to improve the management quality of junior middle school class.Through this paper,I hope that I can provide the reference data,further enrich the theoretical system,and also explore some useful practical experience and theory,to make rural class management more scientific,efficient and operable.
