Compulsory education is the foundation project to build a powerful country of human resources.With the change of population policy and the continuous expansion of educational scale,a large number of new teachers have gone to compulsory education.The first year’s work experience is very important for new teachers.Teachers’ individual teaching styles and teaching expertise often lay the foundation in the first year.It not only determines whether new teachers will continue to work in the field of education,but also decides what kind of teachers they will become.This study starts with the new compulsory education teachers’ professional survival state,and probes into the problems and reasons of the new teachers’ group in compulsory education,and puts forward some pertinent countermeasures and suggestions.This paper has combed the theoretical and practical significance of this study,collated the relevant research literature on the status of the new teachers’ entry,and analyzed the shortcomings of the previous research and the characteristics of this study.At the same time,the thesis systematically discusses the theoretical problems of teacher professional development and the growth of new teachers.On this basis,the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the ideas,work and life status of the new teachers from 9 aspects,such as the motivation of entry,professional understanding,career planning,professional identity,career achievement,workload and work pressure,interpersonal relationship,salary income,and physical condition.It is found that the main characteristics of the current vocational education teachers’ survival state are:On the one hand,the new teachers of compulsory education show positive characteristics such as "positive motivation","clear understanding of teachers’ career","high professional identity" and "good physical condition".On the other hand,the new teachers of compulsory education have "new teachers and colleagues’ career experience is not ideal" and "teaching".The practical problems such as heavy tasks,long working hours,lack of tolerance for old teachers,tension in interpersonal relations,low income satisfaction,poor housing conditions,and so on.Aiming at these characteristics,we discussed various reasons that influence the new teachers’ career survival status.First,the influence of the external environment,the social expectation and social status of teachers "effect;second,the impact of education policy,the system of teacher qualification system," the effect of training new teachers;third,the influence of school environment,the evaluation mechanism,school management,school culture atmosphere,teachers "etc.Influence;fourth,teachers’ personal factors are influenced by "teachers’ personality characteristics and teachers’ personal experience".Therefore,we need to improve the professional life status of new teachers in compulsory education from four aspects.First of all,the government departments should provide policy guarantee to enhance the whole teachers’ career survival status,which is an important prerequisite for attracting new teachers to enter the job.Secondly,the society should create a social atmosphere to enhance the professional life of new teachers.Third,schools should improve the school environment that affects the new teachers’ career survival status.Finally,teachers themselves should attach importance to individual efforts to enhance the professional survival of new teachers in compulsory education.
