Incomplete statistics,as of 2015,China's rural population accounted for 51.28% of the total population.The level of education in rural areas has affected the overall level of China's basic education,and the education and teaching level of rural primary and secondary school teachers have a direct impact on the development of China's rural education.Because of the existence of the two yuan structure in urban and rural areas,the survival of rural teachers has become a topic that needs to be paid attention to.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of rural junior middle school teachers in Aihui District of Heihe City,Heilongjiang Province,to study the survival status of rural junior high school teachers.Mainly by using the method of qualitative research,we found some problems of survival status of rural teachers in Aihui District,and analyzes the reasons for these problems,and puts forward the feasible countermeasures.This article is divided into six main parts.The first part introduces the background of this paper,and the research purpose and significance,and summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad;the second part introduces the theoretical basis of this research,to find the theoretical basis for the research of this study;the third part based on the theoretical research and Empirical Analysis on the teachers of Aihui district the survival of the reality of the situation;the fourth part is the analysis of the causes of the actual problems and the survival status of rural teachers.The fifth part is based on the existing problems and causes,proposes some effective strategies to improve the living conditions of rural junior high school teachers;the last part is the conclusion,summarizes the whole thesis,and points out the shortcomings of the study.
