The Research On Social Work Intervention In Cultivation The Elderly Volunteers With Strengths Perspective

19th CPC National Congress' s report proposes to build a social governance pattern of co-building and co-governing and sharing.The report emphasizes strengthening the construction of the community governance system,pushing the focus of social governance down to the grass-roots level,giving play to the role of social organizations,and realizing government governance and social regulation.Positive interaction of residents' autonomy.In this context,the research on the cultivation of elderly volunteers is helpful to provide new ideas for the construction of voluntary organizations for the elderly.At the same time,the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development of the cause of ageing and the Construction of the Old-age system clearly proposes to expand the social participation of the elderly,Cultivating a positive outlook on Aging,To strengthen the development of human resources for the elderly,to develop voluntary services for the elderly,and to guide the development of social organizations for the elderly at the grass-roots level.As a way to realize the life value of the elderly and give full play to the human resources of the elderly,the elderly volunteer service has an important role in promoting the realization of China's active aging.Thus it can be seen,the cultivation of elderly volunteers is have practical significance.On the basis of the literature review of the elderly volunteers,the cultivation of volunteers,and the strengths perspective,with the case study method,combined with interview method,participatory observation method and other data collection methods,this research analyzes the practical process of cultivating elderly volunteers in X community Y project of FoShan city,and summarizes and explores the effective way of cultivating elderly volunteers.This study introduces the needs and advantages of elderly volunteers in X community,expounds the principle and process of elderly volunteers cultivation under the guidance of advantage perspective,and analyzes the practical skills of social work intervention in cultivation the elderly volunteers combined with the case study,finally,analyze the project effectiveness,summarizes the effective way of social work intervention in the cultivation of elderly volunteers under the guidance of advantage perspective.Through the above research process,it is concluded that the principle of social work intervention in the cultivation of elderly volunteers is to focus on advantages,strengthen cooperation and explore resources,and the process of cultivating elderly volunteers is mainly four stages: preliminary planning,recruitment,training and activities.In each stage,the elderly volunteers are cultivated mainly through establishing relationship to discover advantages,constructing list of advantages,empowering to inspire potential,and integrating resources to give full play to advantages.
