| The higher occupation education is an important part of China’s occupation education and higher education,twenty-first Century as an information era,the ability to update the knowledge transform rapidly people must have the lifelong study.In a competitive society in the future must be to learn.Autonomous learning is a hot issue in the field of education of the people.More and more aware of the importance of autonomous learning ability therefore,people pay more and more attention.The higher vocational college students as a kind of contemporary college students with the distinctive characteristics of groups,to enhance the vocational college students in the future competitiveness of society,increase the space for their own development,to solve the limitation of students of higher occupation colleges after entering the society itself the development of the society in the fierce competition to occupy a space for one person own,it is necessary to establish the concept of lifelong learning for students in higher vocational colleges,the cultivation of Have a strong self-learning ability.This study is committed to learning characteristics of students in Higher Vocational Colleges through observation,learning methods and learning habits,combined with theoretical analysis of Higher Vocational College Students’ learning ability,to discover and find out the influence of students to achieve self-discipline,self planning,self learning factors,through the comprehensive comparison,the data statistics,analysis,put forward practical significance the corresponding solutions.This paper selected a higher occupation colleges in Henan Province as the research object,in order to make the problem more universal,while another increase in select two occupation colleges as auxiliary comparison research in Higher Vocational Colleges to cultivate autonomous learning ability in the students.Methods this study adopted the open questionnaire and interview combined through the investigation and study on the autonomous learning ability of students of higher occupation colleges,analysis of factors affecting the development of autonomous learning ability of students in higher vocational colleges.Through on-site lectures and classroom observation,the autonomous learning ability of school culture in students,try to analyze the problems existing in the cultivation of autonomous learning ability of vocational students aiming at the problems found in the colleges,try to put forward the corresponding suggestions.The study found that the students lack the ability of autonomous learning,in self management,self adjustment,lack of self detection and self assessment ability of students in self.Such as lack of management performance in the absence of the formulation and implementation of convergence of the learning plan,learning time management ability is insufficient,the overall plan of learning ability needs to be improved.In self regulation,such as the lack of their own learning process found in the timely adjustment,selection of learning content because of their cognitive ability limitations can not choose suitable for their own difficult learning task.In self detection,most of the students failed to find a real-time detection and make their learning achievements through adjustment.Found that the students lack of autonomous learning ability shown by the problem,find the teachers’ teaching and training in Colleges on students’ autonomous learning ability In this way,we try to put forward the train of thought and countermeasures.Based on the above research conclusion,the students’ autonomous learning ability is to guide and help teachers and colleges.First,teachers should specially pay attention to training,to students’ autonomous learning ability in the usual teaching for example,in the usual teaching,dolly with task type teaching method,guiding and supporting position as students help students.Secondly,colleges and universities in the process of the management of higher vocational students,focus on students autonomous learning desire motivation;increase the college infrastructure and resources construction,enhance the students’ interest in learning,to create a strong learning atmosphere,arouse students’ interest in active learning.Based on the current situation of self-learning ability of vocational college students,aiming at the problems existing in students’ autonomous learning ability,this paper tries to put forward suggestions and opinions in the training of students in Colleges and universities,hoping to improve students’ autonomous learning ability. |
