Since the 21 st century,our state throws light upon developing vocational education.So it grows more and more quickly.While,as the golden age of vocational education development in our country,the higher vocational students “hate learning” phenomenon is widespread,and rising faster.This case has gained varieties of attention from academic circles,and it become one of the main problems in vocational colleges.Currently,to develop the modern vocational education has become the common sense of the whole society,vocational education has played an important role in the construction of well-off society.But at present,a lot of research on solutions to this problem is still in the theoretical assumptions and the level of institutional reform.Under the background of the modern education system,there is a need to help students improve learning from the micro level,and this is always a practical problem.This research based on the survey of D college students in Jiangxi province,by individual case of social work,carrying out the research from the following three aspects: First,through the questionnaire investigation method to acknowledge “hate learning” current situation of D college student,and the analysis of the effect of influencing students' learning disabilities.Second,to intervene D college students and to explore the school social work intervention's effects on them.Third,to evaluate the impact on the students after social work intervention.Based on the current situation of D College students' “hate learning” phenomenon,and according to the personality theory of ABC,energized as the basis,from the perspective of social work,with the appropriate design of social work intervention,a correction of students' learning by the method of professional study.With the model of behavior modification and rational model to help students correct learning mood.And make effective assessment to the correction of students learning.In a three-month case implementation,the author will through the method of “talks”,"one to one" and other professional case work,and with the model of behavior therapy method of egotism,rational emotional therapy intervention and observation.The results found that egotism has improved self-confidence and “hate learning” problem has been settled to a certain extent.But with weariness is to some extent and the institutional environment,family environment,peer of their lives,related to environmental factors such as existing of onlookers intervention of social work is only temporary dissolve more critical problems,it is difficult to fundamentally resolved.To fundamentally solve,still need to the current education system in our country environment,family environment,peer environment improvement.
