With the advent of the information technology era,all walks of life are carrying out reforms and innovations under the motto “Internet +”.Education reform in the Internet + era is also imperative.Micro lesson with the characteristics of “short and pithy” becomes the new focus of teaching reform and resource construction.Micro lesson as a new form of teaching,more to attract students” attention.Therefore,according to the characteristics of students in secondary vocational schools,secondary schools should pay close attention to the micro lesson.At present,China has made some achievements in theoretical research and micro lesson design,development and application of micro lesson.However,there are relatively few teaching practice research about teachers based on micro lesson specific subjects,especially for micro lesson teaching of computer courses in secondary vocational schools Few.So this article chooses this subject to study.This paper hopes that through the application of micro lesson,you can maximize the enthusiasm of students to mobilize and tap the potential of students learning.This article summarizes the status quo of microcosmic study both at home and abroad through literature research method,then based on constructivist learning theory,cognitive load theory,Bloom's learning theory,through questionnaire survey and interviews,Vocational colleges and application status,and the results of the data analysis.The study found that the micro lesson is in line with the trend of teaching reform in secondary vocational schools,teaching in micro lesson in secondary vocational schools can improve students' interest in learning,encourage students to take the initiative to learn,and ultimately improve their learning efficiency.Although micro lesson helps to improve students' ability to learn independently,according to the characteristics of secondary vocational students,the class using micro lesson still needs teachers to supervise the learning progress.
