With the continuous improvement of the quality education requirements of the society and the family,the professional pressures faced by primary school teachers are increasing,resulting in teachers' physical and mental health.Teachers not only get impaired,exhausted and emotionally irritable,which also affect the entire mental outlook,lose love for students and passion for teaching.We strongly urge to reform the new curriculum and return the class to the students.It is inevitable that the teachers will lose their teaching quality in this state.Primary school teachers,as the backbone of basic education,nurture the pillars and hope of the country,whose quality of life and psychological conditions are of great concern.Although there are many research on the entire group of teachers occupational burnout,but few studies are on the occupational burnout of academic teachers,the study of primary school mathematics teachers occupational burnout is almost blank.Therefore,based on the theory of occupational burnout,this study selects 180 primary school mathematics teachers in City Z as the research object by using the teacher's basic situation table,the MBI teacher burnout scale(compiled version)and the teacher burnout questionnaire.A questionnaire survey was conducted and 37 teachers from different stages of development were interviewed.Using questionnaires and interviews,this paper discusses the current status and influential factors of occupational burnout of primary school math teachers in Zhenjiang.Reasonable strategies for reducing teacher burnout were proposed to promote the mathematics teachers in primary schools and prosperity of basic education.Using SPSS 24.0 and Microsoft Excel to entry,collate,check and analyze data,the results show that:1.Professional development of primary school mathematics teachers is good,with outstanding problems in emotional exhaustion and low sense of accomplishment;2.The occupational burnout of urban primary school mathematics teachers is stronger than that in rural areas;3.There is no significant difference in burnout between male teachers and female teachers,but male teachers have lower sense of personal accomplishment;4.Not only primary school mathematics teachers who have been married and have children but also who were divorced undertake more serious pressure;5.Job burnout of 30-40 year-old primary school mathematics teachers are strongest;6.When teaching experience is 6-10 years,primary school mathematics teachers 'job burnout leave little room for optimism;7.Primary school mathematics teachers who hold bachelor degrees feel more tired;8.Teachers with intermediate title have the strongest sense of job burnout;9.Primary school mathematics teachers with 2 classes are more sensitive in work;10.Occupational burnout is not obvious whether teachers are in charge of class or not,as well as the amount of week lessons of primary school mathematics teachers.Furthermore,I put forward the corresponding mitigation strategies of five impact factors of about school organization,teacher occupation,subject characteristics,their own situation :First,respect teachers moral and loosening their mind and body,treat roles of teachers correctly;Improve the level of scientific management of the school to find the school local culture recognition;Attach great importance to teachers industry development,establish lifelong learning concepts.
