Job burnout as a hot issue has penetrated into all walks of life,and many of them are in the field of education.From the collected data,despite a lot of research on the teachers burnout,mainly concentrated in chemistry,history,biology,English teaching,the research on key high school math teachers is almost blank.This study is based on the relevant theories of job burnout,teachers personal basic information table,MBI teacher burnout inventory table(compiled version),teacher burnout external influencing factors questionnaire and has high school mathematics teachers in Jiangyin as research objects,using questionnaires and interviewing 75 a mathematics teachers in 3 key high schools,5teachers from different levels in particular.Using SPSS for windows 24.0 and Microsoft Excel for data entry,sorting,audit and statistical analysis,the results has showed that in Jiangyin City,high school mathematics teachers have a certain degree of job burnout,emotional exhaustion and low achievement sense of higher degree and individual degree is relatively low.Seniority,age,marital status,title to the teacher’s job burnout of one or multiple dimensions have significant differences;gender,education,teachers,teaching grade,class number,class burnout one or multiple dimensions have some impact,but no significant difference exists.There are some demographic variables caused by factors of occupational burnout of teachers of the age,seniority,marital status,title.Some personal factors are as follows: professional attitude,professional development and self identity,occupational factors to students’ learning attitude and role conflict,the discipline of mathematics teaching itself.Besides,organizational factors,such as,school evaluation and organizational justice and social factors with social expectations and updated knowledge can not be ignored.According to the research results above,the author believes that it should be through two aspects of the change of internal strategy and external strategy of the optimization of the environment that the key high school mathematics teachers in Jiangyin are to ease the job burnout and intervention so as to improve the quality of life,school management and mathematics teaching quality of the key senior high schools.
