The Research On The Job Burnout Situation And Strategies Of The Primary Teachers In Shijiazhuang

Nowadays,job burnout of teachers have become a kind of social issue,teachers in charge of class are kinds of prone,high risk population.It is no wonder that job burnout of these teachers have more serious negative consequences to their own and the students.Besides,primary education is basic education for a person,which can directly affect the subsequent education.The primary school teachers in charge of a class work with the majority of children and adolescents,so their physical and mental health directly affects the students' view of life and value.Therefore,the study on the job burnouts on the form-teacher is of great significance.In this thesis,I would like to take job burnout of primary class teachers as the theme,to investigate their employment status and analyze its causes,in order to find mitigation strategies.This thesis includes five sections.The first part is the introduction.It consists of the proposed issues,the significance of this paper,literature review,the ideas,methods,and highlights of innovation.The second part is a chapter that states the research methods,defines job burnout and so on.In the third part,it contains the professional Investigation and analyses of primary teachers in charges of class.The fourth part talks about the mitigation strategies of class teachers' job burnout,which discusses from three parts: society,organization and individual.In a word,all of these measures is to help the teachers,and more particularly to decrease the ill leanings of difficulties,thus to improve the level of mental health of themselves at some point.
