With the deepening of higher education innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,college students' enthusiasm for the “Internet+” College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is rising.However,in the third session of the Competition,the number of students participating in the Competition accounts for less than 1.26% of the total number of students in the H university.The actual participation rate of the Competition in H university is not high,and there is a lot of room for optimization.Therefore,this paper takes H university as a case,and takes life cycle as the main line,and summarizes the achievements and problems of the Competition.At last,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimization the holding of the Competition.I have interviewed 1 teacher and 16 students participating in the Competition,and researched 192 non participating students and 116 participating students of H university.This paper divides the "Internet+" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition into three stages: the Competition's planning and starting;the Competition's organization and implementation;the Compitition's ending and summary.Through studying the main work in the three stages,this paper summarizes the advantages and achievements of holding the Competition in H university: Firstly,H university has a strong demand for holding the Competition.Secondly,there is a large number of potential students who are willing to take part in the Competition in H university.Thirdly,H university attaches great importance to preparing the Competition.Fourthly,by regression analysis on the willingness of the non participating students,it is concluded that the support-oriented measures of the Competition have a high incentive for non participating students to participate the Competition.Fifthly,it is effective that H university adopts the ways to spread the information of the Compitition.Sixthly,there is a significant effect on the training of participants in the writing of business plans.Seventhly,H university provide with the funds and the place for the awarding projects of the Competition,so as to promote the awarding projects to develop smoothly.Eighthly,through the regression analysis,this paper gets that the development-oriented and support-oriented incentive measures are not only attractive but also meet the expectations of the participating students.H university has achieved the best results in the third session of the "Internet+" College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition,but there is still a long way to go to get a better result.There are not only advantages and opportunities but also weakness and threats for H university to hold the Competitiom.Therefore,on the other hand,this paper summarizes the problems and shortcomings of holding the Competition in H University: Firstly,the Compitition's goals for H university is not specific,and the Competition is lack of the goals for the participating students.Secondly,the students of H university are not very willing to taking part in the Competition.Thirdly,the departments in H university are not clear about their own responsibilities for the Comprtiton and the cultivation channels for innovative and entrepreneurial projects are blocked.Fourthly,by regression analysis on the willingness of the non participating students,it is concluded that the reward-oriented measures',the development-oriented measures',the organization-oriented measures' and the team-oriented measures' incentive force for non participating students is low.Fifthly,the ways that H university adopts to spread the information of the Compitition have a problem of low coverage and lacking pertinence,which leads to poor overall publicity.At the same time,because the participating students are not trained sufficiently,their skills on team constraction and writing business plan are not very excellent.Sixthly,through the regression analysis,this paper finds that the implementation of the organization-oriented measures of the Competition is not in place so that it can not meet the participating students' expectations.According to the above findings,this paper proposes the following five measures and suggestions: the formulation for the Competition's goal about H university and the students should be more clearly;to inspire the students' willingness to take part in the Competition;to strengthen the work connection of the relevant departments and spread the Competition's information with the way that are combined with point and plane;to improve the participating students' skills on team constraction and writing business plan;to pay attention to the incentive measures that have an impact on the students whether they would win the price or not.
