The rapid development of economy in meeting the material life of the elderly also makes the mental and cultural demands of the elderly prominent.It is very important for old people to serve as the main body to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly.In particular,the concept of "combination of education and education" is proposed,and the development of education for elderly institutions is of great significance to explore the practice of education in old age.In this paper,the old education project of "Happy University for the Elders",S pension institution,was used as the case,and the methods of literature,interview and participatory observation were used.Analyzed as a new practice form of combining education with elderly education-two-way linkage,discussed the actual operation of its constituent elements: linkage subjects,educational objects,educational content and linkage methods,and safeguards.Discusses the dilemmas of the linkage subjects,educational objects,educational content,and linkage methods and their guarantees in the practice of pension education institutions for two-way linkage elderly education.Based on the theory of empowerment in social work,it proposes a development strategy for two-way linkage elderly education practice.First,under the external force promotion model,(1)the government has increased the energy of the two-way linkage type elderly education through policies,system construction,and fund input.(2)The society realizes the enhancement of the two-way linkage type elderly education by creating a good educational atmosphere and enhancing the sense of public identity.(3)The elderly care organization realizes the enhancement of the two-way linkage type elderly education by changing the service concept and cultivating professional talents.The second is that in the individual initiative mode,the elderly realize self-enhancement through individual,interpersonal relationship,and social participation,and thus better participate in the two-way linkage-style education practice.
