way to solve the problem of aging in our country.Community-based elderly care is the most important way of elderly care in the country.The combination of community elderly care and community elderly education makes elderly education have a clearer direction of active aging.On the basis that the material life of the elderly is basically guaranteed,how to meet the elderly’s pursuit of knowledge,skills,social participation and spiritual life,establish a positive outlook on elderly care,and make the elderly a positive,active and dynamic group is of great importance significance.The combination of nurturing and education breaks through the single pension and old-age education in the traditional sense,emphasizing that education promotes nurturing and nurturing learning and teaching.The aging process of the body causes physical,psychological and social changes in the elderly.On the physiological level,aging causes changes in the physical function,muscle tissue,and nervous system of the elderly;on the psychological level,the elderly are prone to cognitive dysfunction,loss,and loneliness.sense of death,fear of death,etc.;changes in social economy,identity,and role make them prone to inferiority complex.Therefore,the combination of community nourish and education for the elderly emphasizes the need for the participation of multiple subjects,the integration and utilization of resources related to "raising" and "teaching" in the community field,and providing the elderly with a unified physical and mental education method for the elderly.The needs of old-age care at the intellectual,emotional and spiritual levels realize the transformation from the value pursuit of "having support for the old" to the value of "doing something for the old".This article combines the theory of collaborative governance,the theory of welfare,and the theory of active aging to rationally analyze the possibility of the combination of education and education for the elderly in the community.Traditional Chinese culture contains the concept of combining education and education,and the philosophical basis of human beings as a whole,multi-disciplinary Integration and intercommunication,as well as the actual needs of the elderly,provide favorable conditions for community elderly education.Combining with the function of community senior education,it explains in depth the mechanism of community senior education,raising capital,accumulating knowledge and increasing capital;expanding interpersonal communication and forming social capital;getting rid of negative states and enhancing psychological capital;spreading social culture and absorbing cultural capital.Through field research on the development status of the integration of nursing and education for the elderly in the community of Chengdu,and at the same time,taking community residents,teachers,community education managers,and staff of elderly care institutions as the survey subjects,we have an in-depth understanding of the current situation of the integration of nursing and education.The survey results show that the community elderly education in the process of combining nursing and education,there is a lack of institutional guarantees to support the combination of education and education for the elderly in the community;the value of community education for the elderly is more important than education;the connection of resources for nourish and education is insufficient,and the resources for aging need to be improved;the teaching methods for the elderly in the community are out of mind and body,and the teaching methods for aging are single The content of community education for the elderly ignores the spiritual space of the elderly and fails to realize the spiritual integration of the body and mind.In response to the above-mentioned dilemmas,the countermeasures are discussed based on the survey results,and the following development paths for the combination of community education and education for the elderly are proposed from the five dimensions of institutional system,value goals,nursing resources,methods,and educational content: System design and legal guarantee,improve the community’s laws and regulations on the integration of education and education for the elderly;secondly,change the educational concept,establish the valuesof the integration of education and education,pay attention to mental development,coordinate the harmony and unity of the body and mind,and integrate the rationality and value rationality of community education tools for the elderly;again;Optimize the resource supply and resource allocation for the participation of multiple subjects,and improve the information of nursing resources;finally,pay attention to the life practice and experience of the elderly,and teach them in accordance with the old;more importantly,create a spiritual space for the elderly to support the body and mind with spiritual power unity. |
