Biology curriculum standard revision to promote teachers' teaching way change,this topic is in order to adapt to the new biology curriculum standard and do research in teaching design,and the people in the fourth chapter includes the material input and output of the cell as an example for empirical study.The purpose,significance and purpose of the research are determined.The process of teaching design and the process of teacher-student activity are developed.In terms of specific implementation,the project firstly screened the core concepts of the high school biology "material input and output of cells" and extracted two core concepts.The concept network diagram of these two core concepts is completed and the knowledge system of this chapter is constructed.Secondly,with two core concepts as the center,two unit designs were completed,and the teaching plan of "material transmembrane transportation" unit teaching design was completed and the teaching practice was carried out.Teaching on the basis of the principle of "independent learning",the teacher according to the concept of network diagram layers of the process of teaching,inquiry teaching method as the main line,to differentiate students more discussion groups,using the task list,video,animation,PPT,experiment and so on many kinds of teaching resources to guide students independent learning,lets the student in the exchange of mutual discussion brainstorming,acquire new knowledge;At last,the class and class of the class and class that carry out unit teaching design are evaluated and questionnaire survey,complete the evaluation result analysis.The main purpose of this study is to implement the core concept of the core concept of the curriculum standard,to refine the core concepts,to comb the relations between the concepts in the chapters and to construct the knowledge system.In the specific implementation process,to a certain extent,improve students' participation in classroom teaching,stimulate students' interest in learning and the spirit of scientific literacy.Because of the limitations of the designed unit teaching in the scope of the subjects,the teaching effect still needs to be further studied.
