The "General High School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as "New Curriculum Standard")puts forward the basic concept of "curriculum content focusing on big concepts".The curriculum design is required to be "less but fine",and the content of the course modules focuses on big concepts,so that students can deeply understand and apply biological concepts,and form and develop the core competencies of biology.From the perspective of combining the teaching of the big concept and the teaching of the unit review,this research implements,practices and evaluates the teaching path of the unit review under the big concept from the three aspects of the high school students' participation in the classroom teaching,the level of the core literacy of the biology subject and the academic performance.and effects.Based on the literature analysis,this study firstly sorted out the research status of major concepts,unit review and core literacy at home and abroad,and clarified the connotations of biology major concepts,unit review and core literacy of biology disciplines.Based on the analysis,designed the teaching design principles and ideas of the unit review course under the big concept,and carried out the teaching design of the unit review course under the big concept;secondly,put the teaching design of the unit review course under the big concept into teaching practice to demonstrate Research and verification,through the data analysis of questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,proved that the current situation of the core literacy of the students in the experimental class and the control class was analyzed through the questionnaire survey method before the teaching activities,and the unit review teaching under the big concept can effectively provide students with learning interest,It can significantly improve students' academic performance and students' biology.Finally,according to the survey analysis and the teaching practice data of unit review courses under the general concept,suggestions for improving biology teaching in high school are put forward.This research mainly draws the following conclusions: 1.Biology unit review teaching is based on big concepts,sorts out and refines big concepts from the whole of knowledge,and uses big concepts throughout the whole teaching process,guides students to pay attention to big concepts,stimulates interest in learning,and forms Classroom atmosphere,enter the state of learning,and participate in classroom activities;2.Refine the big concept around the implementation of the core literacy of biology,implement the biology unit review under the big concept,and implement and develop the core literacy of the students' biology discipline;3.Biology under the big concept Unit review teaching enables students to build a relatively complete knowledge framework,improve their academic performance,and enhance their core literacy.
