Research On The Psychological Mechanism Of College Students’ Professional Ethics

Professional Ethics is an important part of social morality.It is an objective requirement of social life to learn and master professional ethics,which is also an important content of personal socialization.It is a reflection of the social moral requirement in the professional field,and it is the moral norm and criterion that people in the professional field must abide by and practice.The party and the state of professional ethics construction seriously,as early as 2001 promulgated Executive compendium on citizen morality construction is pointed out that to vigorously advocated to honest and trustworthy,fair,contributing to society and serve the masses as the main content of professional ethics,encourage people to work in a good builder.Party’s 19 Report also proposed to in-depth implementation of citizen moral construction,promote social morality,professional ethics,family virtues and individual morality construction,inspire people up to the good and filial piety the old love,loyal to the motherland,loyalty to the people.The current college students of the period is from student to professional workers in a critical period of transformation,the selection of professional ethics,they share,absorption and transformation of good or bad will determine the cause of the success or failure,relates to the actual effect of the socialist modernization construction.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the cultivation of college students’ professional ethics.This paper mainly studies the psychological mechanism of college students’ professional ethics.From the perspective of psychological mechanism,this paper discusses the cultivation of college students’ professional ethics,and provides some references and references for comprehensively improving the comprehensive quality of college students and enriching the education theory.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.The purpose,significance,domestic and foreign research situation,research methods and innovation points of the thesis are expounded.The second part is the related theory of the psychological mechanism of professional ethics.This paper discusses the meaning of the psychological mechanism of vocational morality and professional ethics.The third part is the system constitution and characteristics of psychological mechanism of college students’ professional ethics.From the three aspects of psychological guidance mechanism,power mechanism and regulation mechanism,the psychological mechanism of college students’ professional morality cultivation is systematically constructed and analyzed.The fourth part is to investigate and analyze the psychological mechanism of college students’ professional ethics.Moral cultivation of contemporary college students’ professional psychological mechanism affected by the objective social and historical conditions and their own subjective factors,through questionnaire statistical analysis of the status and problems of the moral cultivation of college students’ career.The fifth part is the influence factors and countermeasures of psychological mechanism of college students’ professional ethics.Based on above theory research and questionnaire survey analysis,combing out the factors affecting the psychological mechanism of moral cultivation of college students’ career and find the optimization countermeasures,in order to promote the university students form a good professional ethics,students can smoothly enter the society.
