Professional ethics literacy is a major part of teachers’ professional literacy.As future teachers,professional ethics literacy of normal university students has an impact on students’ career ideal and future professional behavior.In view of this,this paper takes the professional ethics of normal university students as the research subject,takes undergraduates as the research object,adopts the methods of literature research,investigation research and statistical analysis to carry out the research from the aspects of professional ethics knowledge and professional service concept.Firstly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the professional ethics of 280 normal university students to understand the current situation and existing problems of their professional ethics.Survey found that undergraduate students now the overall general quality of professional ethics,the current undergraduate students’ professional ethics accomplishment there are some problems,for example: some students is lack of the professional ethics of knowledge,some students lack of professional service spirit,part of the student’s professional emotion is relatively weak,some students don’t have enough professional faith firmness,some students do not have a high level of professional self-discipline.Secondly,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and other methods were used to explore the influencing factors of the professional ethics of normal university students.Based on the analysis of relevant researches,the questionnaire survey data are used to analyze individual moral cultivation,self-control,subjective initiative,professional identity,sense of mission,career ideal,sense of self-efficacy and learning ability.The results show that there is a positive correlation between individual moral accomplishment and professional ethics accomplishment.Self-control is positively correlated with professional ethics;Professional identity and professional ethics are positively correlated;Self-efficacy is positively correlated with professional ethics;Professional sense of mission is positively correlated with professional ethics;The influence of teacher demonstration is positively correlated with professional ethics;There is a positive correlation between professional ethics education and professional ethics accomplishment.The words and deeds of students are not significantly correlated with the professional ethics of normal university students,the learning ability is not significantly correlated with the professional ethics of normal university students,and the educational practice training is not significantly correlated with the professional ethics of normal university students.Then,from the perspective of theoretical analysis,focusing on students’ own moral quality,Whether the student pays attention to the professional development,the student’s occupation idea,the teacher’s demonstration influence,As well as professional ethics education,this paper explores the deep root of the problems existing in the professional ethics literacy of normal university students.Finally,based on the analysis of influencing factors and deep root exploration,the corresponding strategies for improving the professional ethics of normal university students are put forward.Students should enhance their professional identity,set up accurate career ideal,enhance self-efficacy,improve their moral cultivation.Teachers should play a positive role of role model and conduct professional ethics education in combination with subject teaching.Schools should change the concept of cultivation,strengthen professional ethics education,improve the professional quality of college teachers,and create a good environment for professional ethics education. |
