Since 1998,China's emphasis on special education has continued to rise, and related policies have been promulgated. The State has made special education, special education funding, special education teacher team building, and special education in the scale of compulsory education for disabled children and teenagers,non-compulsory education.Curriculum reforms and other areas continue to undergo drastic reforms and developments. The special education has achieved good results. From compulsory education to the current nine-year compulsory education, the establishment of special schools has provided more learning opportunities for children with disabilities, and has continuously promoted their integration with society.Because children's physical defects cause physical and mental health to develop in a bad direction,in order to improve the physical and mental health of children with disabilities, this article specifically conducted experimental research. In this paper, the application of "ball and cheering" is applied to the teaching of football and cheerleading. The research object is the experimental study of the physical and mental interventions of deaf-mute special students in second-grade and third-class of the 6th grade and 3rd class in Guangzhou Qicong School. The psychological questionnaire uses East China Normal University. The “Mental Health Diagnostic Test”(MHT)edited by Zhou Bu cheng et al.was used as a testing tool. The cluster sampling method was adopted.Students in two classes of special schools were selected to perform psychological and physical tests. The psychological questionnaire test was performed by the author himself. Before and after the teaching,six(2)and six(3)questionnaires were distributed and collected. This article uses the experimental method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, questionnaire survey method and other methods, using paired sample T test, independent sample T test. The study found that deaf-mute students in the QiQing School in Guangzhou have achieved a substantial improvement in self-confidence,ability to communicate with others, and solidarity and cooperation among the deaf-mute students after applying the “one ball, one exercise” teaching. This article studies deaf-mute students. The results show that:(1)There was no significant difference in response ability between the two groups before and after the control group. The significant difference may be due to the environment before and after the individual test;the pretest and posttest results of theexperimental group, results In general, there has been a certain increase, especially in the 50 × 80 running, the results increase greatly,in the absence of a specific core training for physical fitness, performance is better than the previous test, presumably may be due to the use of " The impact of "one ball after another" teaching method, but still can not be more accurate to prove that "one ball, one exercise" teaching has a significant effect on students' physical fitness.(2)The mental health scores of the pretest and posttest are generally good, and the psychological problems are not very prominent. However, there are many problems in learning anxiety, loneliness, and self-blame.(3)There were certain changes in the pretest and posttest scores of the control group's mental health test, and the change was small. The reasons for the changes could be classified into the following: family factors, school environmental factors, and social environmental factors. Both lead to changes in student test scores.Paired T test before and after the test group, the degree of change in all dimensions than the control group test results are more obvious.(4)After the experiment, there was a significant difference between men and women in the control group on the dimension of terror, and the overall mental health of men was higher than that of women. After the experiment, men and women in the experimental group had gender differences in the two dimensions of terror and anxiety. It is a decline.
