Since the reform and opening up,in the National health status,our government has taken a variety of favorable measures,and established the relevant physical fitness monitoring system and legal and regulatory system,"Interim provisions on school physical Education work","National Physical exercise Standards","outline of the National Fitness Program" and other documents policy has been launched.At the beginning of this century,our Ministry of Education,in collaboration with the State Administration of Sport,promulgated the "standard for Students ' physical health(The trial Program)"(hereinafter referred to as the "standard"),which was updated and revised in 2014 in the light of the actual situation of the new period of school physical education work and the physical health of adolescents The aim is to improve the national physical health monitoring and evaluation mechanism for students,to carry out effective and unified collection and data analysis on the current situation of students ' physique in schools nationwide,and to promote the normal and healthy development of young people's physical and mental health,strong physique and comprehensive.Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China Document "Provisional Regulations for special education schools" article Nineth requires: "Special education schools should carry out the necessary understanding and evaluation of children with disabilities enrolled in school,the types of disabilities,the causes,the extent and the status of physical and mental development." Deaf-mute students as a part of China's youth education,physical health has also been valued.In the course of physical education teaching for deaf-mute students,this paper implants The new Physical Education program--Cheerleading,which can enhance students ' learning enthusiasm and interest at the same time,but also can develop the physical fitness of deaf-mute students,enhance the physical health level of special students,to a certain extent for the special students physical health,The cultivation of sports view plays a certain role in promoting.By using the methods of literature,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the first grade(3)class and(4)students of Guangzhou Qicong School as the experimental object,and takes the study of physical health intervention of deaf and mute students as the research object,Qualitative selection of 24 students for the experimental object for 18 weeks of teaching experiment attempt,the experimental group according to the teaching needsare divided into skills of the Teaching Experiment Group and the regular Physical Education control group,each class 12 people,including 7 boys per class,5 female students.The conclusions are as follows:(1)After the experiment,the results of independent sample T test showed that there was no significant difference in body morphology between the experimental group and the control group,and the results showed that there were significant differences and significant differences in weight and BMI index of male students before and after the experiment in the experimental group.(2)After the experiment,the results of independent sample T test showed that there was no significant difference in body function between the experimental group and the control group,and the results of T test description showed that there were significant differences and significant differences in lung capacity index between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.(3)After the experiment,from the Independent sample T test description Analysis results show that the experimental group and the control group of Students Physical Fitness index of boys 50 meters of the run has a significant difference;the results of the matching sample T test showed that there was a significant difference in50 meters before and after the experiment in the control group,which showed a decreasing trend.There were significant differences and significant differences in flexibility quality between male and female students in the experimental group.
