Research objective:to study the last 12 weeks of moderate intensity football and Cheerleading for junior middle school students mental health,exercise motive,the influence of social physique anxiety,and explore training motivation and social physique anxiety in exercise intervention influences the mediation role of mental health and exercise motivation and social physique anxiety the chain of intermediary path,analyzing the influence mechanism of action of mental health intervention.Research Methods:150 students from the first grade of a middle school in Zhenjiang City were selected as the experimental subjects by the method of convenient sampling.The subjects were randomly divided into football group,cheerleading group and control group.The experiment consisted of 45 minutes of moderate-intensity physical education three times a week and 12 weeks of continuous intervention.Before the experiment,6 weeks after the experiment and 12 weeks after the experiment,the middle school students' mental health scale,the exercise motivation scale and the social physical anxiety scale were used to carry out group measurement for 3 classes.Results:(1)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the main effect of time(P<0.05),the main effect of group(P<0.05)and the interaction of time and group(P<0.05)on exercise motivation,social physical anxiety and total score of mental health of junior high school students.(2)Cheerleading exercise has the most significant influence on the exercise motivation,social physical anxiety and mental health level of junior high school students,which is better than football group and control group;(3)Exercise motivation played a partial mediating role in the influence of football on mental health,and the mediating effect was 19.58%;Exercise motivation played a completely mediating role in the effect of cheerleading on mental health,and the mediating effect was 74.09%.Social physical anxiety played a partial mediating role in the influence of football on mental health,and the mediating effect was 17.60%.Social physical anxiety played a complete mediating role in the influence of cheerleading exercise on mental health,the mediating effect was 23.39%.Exercise motivation and social physical anxiety play a chain mediating effect on the influence of football on mental health,and the chain mediating effect is 55.87%.Social physical anxiety has a chain-type mediating effect on the psychological health of cheer leading exercise,and the chain-type mediating effect is 107.74%.Research Conclusions:(1)Continued participation in medium-intensity football and cheerleading can improve the exercise motivation and mental health level of junior high school students,and reduce the level of social physical anxiety.(2)Football and cheerleading exercises lasting for 12 weeks can promote the mental health level of junior high school students,and there are significant differences between different intervention methods.Cheerleading is better than football in improving exercise motivation,reducing social physical anxiety and promoting mental health.(3)Participating in football sports can directly affect the mental health of junior high school students,while football and cheerleading exercises can indirectly affect the mental health of j unior high school students through social physical anxiety and exercise motivation.
