Although students with disabilities in the community is unfortunate, but they are also one of our big family, was also the dignity and rights, so they should be accepted as ordinary students and for their mental and physical characteristics of physical education, sharing of educational resources. This is China's educational system and the nature of the decision, but also from the main body of school sports decision.As the state Education Board based on the Education Department in 1999 initiated a new round of educational reform based on the implementation of projects, special education school physical education also focus on " Education for the 21st century revitalization action plan" proposed by the school to establish a "health first, "the guiding ideology for a variety of teaching and learning activities. Previously, we ordinary school physical education done a lot of research, in comparison, the special education school physical education research is still in the weak links. The existing physical education for special education is not enough of a compreh- ensive, just for special education school physical education con ducted on a certain aspect, and the special education schools in Jiangsu Province to study the physical education or very little. This is obviously not conducive to special education schools in Jiangsu Province in the devel- opment of physical education, special education is not conducive to the subject of an all-round development.To strengthen the deaf-mute school physical education work, the paper p -art of Jiangsu Province, deaf-mute school physical education conducted field surveys and research.
